Just bought a 2020 TRD Pro last Sunday. They didn't have the green so I had black or white to choose from. Although the black looked better, I went with the white (easier to keep clean). Hands down the nicest truck I've ever driven. Here are key factors to consider on this truck: 1. Dual exhaust. Sounds way better and adds a little more punch on acceleration. 2. The passenger side seat has electronic adjustments. 3. The lane alert system is awesome especially if you're an idiot like me and texts while driving (bad). Whether you veer left or right, it alerts you. Probably the most important feature on the truck. 4. JBL audio system. Though not the best, it's still a very nice system. No real need to upgrade. 5. Seat warmers. I live in snow country. Very nice addition. 6. Duel temp controls. So nice having a seperate control from my GF that Likes to roasts me in my own vehicle. 7. Leather interior. Very nice and fairly rugged. Feels awesome. Looks even better. 8. Moon roof. You won't use it all that often but it's awesome having it. When you have it in the propped up position, it makes the truck look better for some reason. Not significant but looks matter. Lol 9. 18" rims. The rims are awesome but the idiot that chose the tired needs to be throat punched. So I went to Les Schwab and they said the tires are very nice. Michelin's best all-terrain. They discouraged me from buying new tires... 🤜🤪 10. No step rails. Okay, now that I throat punched the idiot who decided on the tires, it's time to poor gasoline on him and light a match. No fucking step rails?? So, I had them installed aftermarket for about $560. Pick what you want but you'll need them. I got 5" black (tube type). Looks nice. 3" or 4" was a little small so I would advise 5". 11. TRD Pro indented on each side of the bed. I like it however, they sell decals on Amazon that you can put in there and it looks 300% better. $39.99 for both sides (you choose the colors). All black or a black/red combo. Why Toyota didn't do this is beyond me. Probably the same retard that chose the fucking tires. 12. Heated steering wheel. Not significant however, would have been nice. Still the best truck ever constructed by far....

I agree with the comment on the tires, not aggressive enough. I was just up in Durango colorado and we had a 2 foot snow storm, saw someone driving to the garage where I was staying in a 4x4 Tundra. He turned into the garage to fast and slid into a snowbank, his truck was stuck because the tires could not get grip, had to call his friends to get him out. An offroad truck NEEDS OFFROAD TIRES.

I'm a Tundra fan as well because of their towing capacity and rock solid reliable but Tundra's look ancient on the road right now. That's why I haven't even considered one. Only thing I like is Toyota paint colors. They are killing the game in that department.

Definitely a Utah driver with that wobbling in lane; needs more content on highway driving. Especially in Utah, it would be nice to see a display of the safety features-this year we have averaged 1 road death per 36-38 hours. Maybe include a 0-60 to hear the engine rumble. I like that your videos have that “kid in a candy shop” vibe. Makes them feel genuine. Overall not a bad video. Though I wish it wasn’t LHM that sponsored it, shit dealerships. Will you have a multi truck comparison video? Seems like LHM is willing to provide options.

Who cares about gas when you own a 60k truck? Most people I have seen with big ass trucks own big ass houses, $80 worth of gas every week is nothing to em.

This is not comparable to a ram or chev only thing I like is the rear window dinosaur does it even have cylinder disabling yet
@yaboykris2118
@yaboykris2118 4 жыл бұрын
dan nickason it doesn’t need cylinder disabling it has variable valve timing which is far superior and easier on the engine.

Someone, who works in the Toyota/Lexus plant, told me that the Tundra is supposed to be a V6 Twin Turbo starting in 2021. Isn't that the cause of most complications in fords?

Patricia Rodriguez I heard it will be at the end of 2021 as a 2022 model. Will know more in February 2020 at the Chicago Auto Show. I am sure that they will build a great v6 turbo engine and a hybrid one as well. Toyota is the leader in hybrid and reliability comes first before technology for them. The chief engineer is a very smart man and knows he can’t make the same mistakes as their competitors.

You’ll need all that cool and fancy stuff in the big three trucks when you’re waiting on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck to take you back to the dealership. I’ll stick with cheap, hard plastic and proven reliability.

those trucks were made differently 50 years ago man come on. new chevys these days are riddled with issues. my friends brand new colorado lost his steering going full speed down the freeway, just completely locked up on him at 70mph. and chevy charged him to fix it when it should be a recall....not to mention all the electrical issues hes had in his dashboard
