Did you know holding down the unlock button with the key fob will roll down all the windows and open the sunroof? To have the windows roll up, you have to take out the key from the key fob to do so by putting the key in the key lock and twisting in the direction that locks the car, hold it, and it rolls up the windows and closes the sunroof. This has been a quirky feature since the 2004 TL. Acura doesn't really tell consumers that they can do this awesome trick. As well as dealers. I figured it out on my own a long time ago. It works with every acura model. Man, I love this tlx, by the way. They really started to get more affordable as the years go by. I like this review you did, too. Thanks.

I just got this one! Sooooo nice. Just a little heavier than I’m use too I had a 2018 Malibu. Lot difference in motor power it almost scares me. So pretty on inside I have light gray interior. Unfortunately my nieces and nephews don’t respect it. And also changing the front bottom grills to chrome.

I have a silver TLX AWD TECH. It's gorgeous and has so many great features. Only two complaints are that the tech should include the heated steering wheel and ventilated seats. Did I mention that it's gorgeous? 😎

Is the level of refinement, power and handling worth it over a 2.0 accord. I wanna know if the different chassis they used is significantly different feeling from the accord that would make it worth the price difference. I haven’t driven a 10th gen accord but had experience with 2nd and 3rd gen tls.

I haven’t driven the new TLX, but I couldn’t imagine getting rid of my 2.0 Accord for anything less than the Type S.

I have driven the new tlx and to me it is way more refine than a accord inside and out the fit and finish seems to be a lot better than past Acura’s I didn’t see any misalign panel gaps which says a lot. I have to say I might be coming back from Lexus acura did a great job.

@@GA08GT478 I agree with you. Honestly if you do few bolt ons on and tune on the accord you will be around the same hp and torque of the type s. But if you do the same for the type s it will be 400 hp and torque

Well it’s heavier than the accord. So it doesn’t feel fast like the accord. Handling is ok but you can’t really push the tlx becuase the tires are NOT sticky. They put some bad tires and with that you can’t really push the car around corners and it’s heavy so handling isn’t really the best. I feel like the double wishbone is just a marketing term they are using to sell the TLX. I push my accord around very hard corners and I love it. It’s more I think. Idk maybe I need to drive the tlx again and push it little harder. Honestly to me it was very similar to the accord and I don’t think it’s worth it if you have accord 2.0t to get a tlx. The accord has everything you need. And for cabin noise they are literally the same. I don’t have dynomate. I only have weather strips on my doors. I got them from eBay for 20$ and they are amazing.

Sharp looking on the outside and has the DWB suspension that all the old Accords had, but the front console looks like it was melted, volcano like, very odd design. Needs rear USB ports (I mean, this is 2022, right?,) a real spare tire, remote start on keys, not a subscription, touch screen display and BRING BACK THE RIGHT LANE Camera like the Accord V6 had. The tech package should have included door mud lights.

Newer cars have built in fog lights in the headlights. Basically the headlights are strong enough and they serve as fogs for they the cars and suvs don’t really need fogs. But I think it would look better with some fogs :)

The wheels could have been made nicer. It’s basically the same wheels for Tech, A-Spec and Advance just different finish. The wheels still feels honda.

I agree. They should change the wheels. They already look outdated. For a tech I think they look pretty good. Things like wireless phone charger and wireless Apple car will be available on almost lower trims Honda Accord 2021 but aren’t available in the 2021 TLX. It feels like they aren’t the same company sometimes 😂

Honestly it’s very very close. The accord feels little and I mean by very little spacious because of the center console isn’t as wide

This being acuras top sedan.. they dropped the bal by not stretching to give the rear seat another 2.5 inches of room. Big mistake.

I really wish they did but a lot of people will say well it completed against the Germans 3 series, a4 and c class. It’s in a weird place. It’s not big or small like the Germans. Like choose one. I think they should’ve gave us more room in the back and mad the hood little shirt. I know the hood is making the car aggressive but still we need room in the car lol.

@@nunayobiznass for a car a really don’t care about climate control. For a big SUV for sure. And yes the a spec should’ve but again but we have a type s coming out that will have active exhaust so Acura is saving the good things :)

It does not have the same wheels by far, i had a 2010 accord up to the 2019 accord and traded for this particular Tlx and rims are not , but far from these.

@@robg4899 I think it's only A-spec and Advance models. Why it's not on a model called "technology package' is beyond me. Also only the advanced model has the rain-sensing wipers. My 2016 tech has that.

How do u know if the car was cold or warm ? I left the car running for 5-10 mins before I went in it lol. I record the small clips you saw at the beginning of the video while the car is on. Plus nothing will happen if you rev it few times. It’s a Honda 😉
