Can you discuss what are the rules of parking you bike along the sidewalk around the Tokyo area. I own a Dahon foldable bike which I ride around the Ginza Tokyo area. I am a foreigner. I do not live in Japan but I own a small Condominium in Tokyo where I keep my bike. I visit Tokyo for 3 weeks out of the year. Can you also make a video of how to use those coin operated bicycle lock racks and those coin operated bike parking ticket that I sometimes see in the Shinjuku, Tokyo area. Thanks

Busier city areas will be more strict, but you usually just get a warning for the first day if you park somewhere you shouldn't. The coin parking controls are slightly different for each one, but I've included them in a few of our videos when we use them.

Hi you two. When they show Japan in the Movies they show it as really Modern (I guess Tokyo) . When you guy's do you smaller city tours area's look like the U.S. in the 1950's or 60's based on how the building look. . I even saw a gas station attendant which has long since gone here. If you ever get a chance can you test the LaPierre Road Bikes they are made in Normandy France. I was considering getting that bike because of it's unique design feature and they are not available in North America. I went with the Bottecchia Tourmet T1.

What's the Effective Top Tube length on that size 54? It's strange cause I am 184 cm tall and ride a Giant Revolt (a little different cause it's a Gravel bike) with Effective Top Tube = 565 mm, Stack = 588 and Reach = 385. It's labelled as size ML but other bike makers usually call it size 54. Tried one size up and felt a bit too stretched out even though according to their graph I was close to the limit on the ML and that's on a 90 mm stem so I have room to make it bigger.

Top tube length is not a problem, nothing a longer stem can't fix, but the seatpost is getting pretty maxed out.
