She will sit beside my late model gen 1 2006 300C SRT8 ... I love these cars and now I'll have both which are fully decked out with all the options. @@peterslanger6062 , it is because of Mopar over all. We have always been labeled in the car world even from the 60's and on. A Mopar car fan will always get shit on by the others. Mopar cars are heavier and bigger looking. Heavier sometimes equals slower. Many people think Charger and Challenger drivers just do street racing and burnouts like some kind of thug or criminal. This is not the case for all of us. Yes, many out there are stealing these cars for there power and joy rides, many do burn outs and doughnuts in them. We get a bad reputation from the typical stereo type about the cars (Chargers, 300's, and Challengers) I love mine and I feel this car is a master piece from MoPar. I say enjoy what you want. Drive what you want. Enjoy the things you enjoy. Let others be happy with what they like. Haters going to hate regardless of what you do. I love mine. Thank you for the reply.

@@crebbsjd i think thats just it,the jealousy. people in the sportbike community do the same with gsxr's , in the atv world its the banshee, and i guess mopar for the car world. i think they are just mad at themselves for not buying one,instead buying the brand they are loyal too,then being secretly mad at that brand for not making something more competitive.
@crebbsjd2 жыл бұрын
@@peterslanger6062 , Thank you for actually having a conversation from a video and a post. The one thing I have learned about guys over the years about motorized machines is this. The die hards for there brand will beat up on one another because of the ride they choose. I learned that all things motorized can be fun and cool. I use to have a Nissan 350z and I loved that car. It was lightweight kind of, lol. For an American car I guess it was lighter. It was fun and enjoyable and reliable. It made me realize that there is so many other brands that are cool and fun. I consider my self a enthusiast of all thing motorized with how ever many wheels it has. When you come across the type of person that bashes you because of the model and make of your car it shows you how much of a stigma surrounds this way of treating people for the brand they like. I do wish my car was a little light but over all I am super proud to have such a nice ride. I am sure you can relate to this. I wish I had every bike, truck, and car I wanted. Enjoy what you got and take pride in what you invest your time and money into. We are only here for a short time. Thank you again for the replies and hope to keep chatting with you in the future. I would love to have a GSX one day or a twin 350 banshee. Heck I would love to just get an old kawasaki or Susuki and build a simple Cafe racer or bober bike. What do you think, Peter?

What a shame they weren't available in Canada. I gave an '06 with the 6.1 just freshly rebuilt by Heads Unlimited with a few mods & Comp Cam and makes 430 h.p. and torque to the rear wheels and it still looks and drives like new.. Too bad Chrysler is not continuing production of these awesome hotrods. To me they aee way hornier looking than the Dodges. Seriously.... Isn't this the 2019? I nearly got number 43 or 46 but realised the flagship was a ton more fun. Love the HEMI stripe but also love my SRT stripe across bottom of my redline red with black roof. Obviously driving track mode around doesn't happen but track steering is incredible. Was so close to getting a Pacer but super glad I got the flagship and very close to buying another one. Unfortunately nobody will insure these cars for the sale prices anymore as dealers even pumped up the last few in price and insurance won't recognise it. The pacer definetly looks the goods but the carbon fibre and the track mode in the flagship just does more for me. Love how the manual has a section teaching you how to get the brakes sorted out for laps at the track. My SRT has a best time to 100 at 4.7 seconds and I think by memory it says it's 60 secs to 400. Despite my gauge only going to 300. The most incredible feeling is dropping the gears and pushing max torque as it legit feels like the front wheels are just a touch off the ground being pushed by the back. Super fast these cars and the weight makes it incredible to drive and handle. Biggest hate is at night every bike rider sits up a little straighter and every car sits dead on 50kms pH thinking you are the police. Super annoying. Best thing though is cops don't pull you over. It's like a mutual respect of power with them. They joke about it being too loud like my missus and the BMW cops if you say to them they aren't in good books at work not getting the SRT and they will tell you their handling is better and have a laught. Seems to loosen them up.
