It’s hot in TX but I do fall decor Sept 1, Halloween Oct 1, Thanksgiving Nov 1 (some of the fall comes back out), then Christmas Dec 1.

I generally blend my Halloween in with my fall decorations, then come 30 minutes after Thanksgiving dinner, it ALL comes down and either later that night or next morning, up goes Christmas, now that takes me a couple of days.

I follow what my mom has always done, decorate for fall 1st of September, Halloween gets mixed in 1st of Oct, down Nov. 1st and then fall down black Friday and Christmas up that weekend. We love Christmas, but we don't rush it and like to enjoy the season's. But everyone is different and that is perfectly okay.

I had a similar experience with Disney growing up.. we had all the movies and princess toys galore.. my family went once when I was 18 months old and I didn't manage to get back until I was 25 and on my honeymoon! My husband and I now own Disney Vacation Club and it's hard to consider vacations anywhere else!!

I usually start decorating around October 1st. Halloween is incorporated and after the 31st I take away the Halloween decor and leave the rest up for thanksgiving. I don’t have a big house so it I usually take a weekend to decorate.

I enjoy decorating for all seasons and holidays! I usually start the beginning week of whatever month seasons or holidays start. I do get bored with it if I put them up to early. But I hate putting them away after. I would of loved to of gone to Disney’s 50th celebrations but I’ve only been home a week since I left Florida, thinking of going back in December🤷🏻‍♀️!!!

Seeing the mess in Sawyer’s room makes me miss the days when my kids where small 💕 Disney isn’t really a thing here in Sweden since the ”closest” park is in Paris, but we went there 2017 with our kids, it was an experience for sure!

Have you considered decorating for Halloween first maybe as early as everyone typically does their fall decor and then decorate for fall in November for thanksgiving then after thanksgiving do Christmas decor?

Get your self one of those key chain ice scrappers used for windshields... its what I use on my glass stove top when things get burned on... razor blades can scratch the glass. I'm from Canada and bought mine from a store called kitchen stuff plus. But I'm sure u can find it on Amazon!

I decorate for fall but not for Halloween my child is turning 40 this year and my grandson turns 16 soon. I do more of a fall /Thanksgiving decorations. Hi Megan. You can find plastic razors that might be safer on your stove top . Also warming the burner back up a bit will soften the plastic for easier removal … lol we all do it👍🏽💯♥️

Hey Megan :). When it comes to decorating, I do fall the first of September and leave it up until the last week of October or first week of November, I don’t decorate for Halloween….just not my thing. :) I decorate for Christmas about the second week of November….it only takes a day to decorate for fall, but Christmas takes at least a week. (Don’t even ask how much Christmas decor I have! 😂😂❤️)

Usually I due everything in one day but I live in a very small one bedroom apartment so it’s not that bad but if I had a house 🏡 it would be more than one day but I due have a balcony where I put lights on it so I due that one day and the next day clean and then decorate for Halloween 🎃👻 the next day

Saw you putting the Pumpkins away which Halloween. Do you not use those for Halloween? I put the timer on my washing machine and it keeps beeping till you take your washing out. Get a small timer and stick it on your washing machine.
