2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend: Is The New Bronco Sport Actually Good???

I said the engine was a 4 cylinder by accident, it is a 1.5L 3 cylinder.

I LOVE the "boxy" design of my 2011 Escape. That is why I won't trade it for a new one. This Bronco sport is going to be my next vehicle when my current Escapes wheels finally fall off. Lol.

I had a 2008 Escape Hybrid for 7 years. Best car I ever had. Finally conked out on me in January with braking system issues. I got a 2017 Civic Hatch and hate it, I am trading it in for a Bronco Sport because I miss the boxy design of the Escape. I didn't want a 2013 or newer because of the body style, I am right there with you on that. I am so excited to be back in an SUV like my old Escape.

Do you mean a Bronco (non-sport)? Factory tires on my Sport are 28.5" (225/65r17). No way 33's are going to fit without serious cutting, trimming and hammering.

Based on car insurance and if truly worth financing wise. Between this and the 2020 escape sel are my 2 cars I'm debating to go for. My wife and I have one and this engine is more than needed to haul both of us around and it has enough power to merge easily onto the freeway. It works for us but have them test drive one! I think they’ll be pleasantly surprised!

I noticed the WiFi on the screen. Does Ford offer the WiFi hotspots like GM does? I’m shopping but love that my current car becomes a hotspot that I can connect my phone too. I really liked this “baby bronco” but don’t want to leave GM if Fords WiFi is different... I appreciate any info you may have! Great review!

The Bronco sport comes with a 1.5 3 cylinder engine, you need to upgrade to the badlands to get the 4 cylinder.

Best thing on this vehicle and what every suv should come with is the rear liftgate glass that opens. Manufacturers should take notice. This feature puts the U in utility. Not liking the 3 cylinder its bad enough if it's with the 4 cylinder and not with the 2.7 6 cylinder. Especially with gas prices low for a few years now.

The very beginning of the video is incorrect. He calls it a 1.5L 4 cylinder. The Big Bend comes only with a 1.5L 3 cylinder. To get a 2.0L 4 cylinder you have to upgrade to the Badlands model. This video needs corrected.

It's actually a good engine. They realized the mistakes they had made with the 1.5 4 cylinder. Alot of tech in the engine. It will last!!! Transmissions are so good and this has NO problem hauling down the road. It's great for big guys too. I leased mine and it's a nice little rig. They did a great job with the front seat interior room. I'm a car guy and I've embraced the tech in these little engines. Just drove mine from chicago to clearwater florida and back and it was nice.

MADNOZZ........I have a rotary dial sifter on my last two Ram pickups, and love them! Very positive and safe setup. I don't even have to look at the dial to get the correct position I want, plus if I forget to put it in "PARK" before I shut the engine off, it does it for me!
