👁 About this video : In today's video we take a detailed look at the all new 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend! This is the smaller of the new Bronco's coming from Ford and is based off of the Ford Escape. This model is about eight inches shorter and still has an ample amount of interior room! The rear seat passengers have plenty of headroom with the curve of the roof and can place their feet underneath the front seats to make it a comfortable back seat. The exterior styling is a great modern design from the original Bronco sport and I love how they kept it boxy and gave it an aggressive look for a smaller size SUV! If you want to set yourself apart from other vehicles in this class, this is the SUV to do it with! The interior has nice materials and all the information you need, the infotainment system is easy to use along with the rest of the center control stack. There is plenty of storage space and hidden pockets throughout with is a great use of the space! The engine in this model is the smaller one offered and I thought it had an adequate amount of power for the size of the vehicle, but of course you can opt for the larger engine if desired! Overall this is a great SUV to come from Ford and I love how it gives customers the option to get a rugged "off-roader" in this class.

I just purchased this same model. Did functional assessment and a distance functional system assessment. Fuel tank gave 399 (+) miles per tank. Smooth ride and shocks conform to bumps. Doesn't disappoint.

There's also a bottle opener to the right in the rear cargo area. The raised roof in the Bronco Sport allows for getting two good size bikes in the cargo area. The Bronco Sport is what the current Chevy Trailblazer is not, a true off road adventure vehicle for outdoor enthusiasts. It was very smart of Ford to have only one Ford badge on the entire vehicle. The bigger motor will no doubt move this vehicle. Happy birthday Mike and Brian.

We have a small SUV type over here called the FORD KUGA but it's probably more car oriented in driving style and then there is the FORD PUMA which has been updated for 21model year as a kind of crossover SUV. We get other bigger models like the EDGE and the RANGER. But we don't get the big F trucks like the F150 250 etc.

My daily driver is a 2021 Ford Escape SE with the same 1.5L turbo inline 3 motor, I have never gotten below 30 average mpg (hand calculated) driving my usual routes. The Bronco Sport definitely looks better than the same year Ford Escape, love the boxy look.😎

Ugh idk what car to buy next, I was looking at the bigger Bronco but it’s way too expensive, and the 3 cars I’m looking at are The 2022 Ford Maverick, Ford Ranger and now the Bronco Sport! So many decisions!

I haven't been able to check out the Maverick yet, but it's going to be very similar to the Ranger, but not as capable, so if you just want the bed space without much "truck", like towing and all, the Maverick could be a good way to go! The Bronco Sport is basically an Escape with a new body, so just a normal smaller size SUV. Just depends on what you need to use the vehicle for!

It's about the size of the Escape, but is about 8'' shorter in length. On the smaller size for sure, but Ford told me there is room for two bikes in the back with the seats folded down, so it's still somewhat versatile.

I could see that! The Bronco Sport is very basic, it's a great smaller size SUV, but could use some more materials. Hopefully the real Bronco will be much more "luxurious"!

I test drove it and found the steering wheel had a super cheap plastic feel. Also a little small for me these days since I need a mom car. But very fun to drive! Would have bought it if it was just for me.

You did! There is a 2.0L option as well, but this is the baby Bronco, the real one will have the power you are looking for!

I don’t see what the big deal is about the smaller engine I could care less how fast it goes if I can save on gas and gets me from point a to point B and I like the way it looks I’m happy I’m getting a big bend in Area 51 should be here end of august can’t wait

Yeah all depends on what the vehicle will be used for. Some people are just curious how long a small 3 cyl can last tho. Because thats a small motor that will have to work very hard to move the vehicle. So we'll see. Cool vehicle tho!

I wouldn't agree with that statement. Big SUV's like the 4Runner, X5, Bronco, they have great visibility because of the cargo window, the B pillar is very narrow. On this Bronco Sport it's not bad, and do able for sure!

Haha yeah! The Bronco sport has some more offroad capabilities I think compared to the Rav4, although you can get the Rav4 TRD Offroad, so that would be a cool comparison.
