It’s seems hella fun being able to be that high up while hearing that nice engine. The luxurious and comfortable interior is also incredible. Only downside to this monster truck is that Ford is still lazy with the steering wheel design

@@stealth-x2995 I’ve got a Lariat F-150 with a nicer interior than my BMW 435i. F-150 has a panoramic moonroof, the BMW doesn’t. F-150 has heated and cooled seats, the BMW doesn’t. The F-150 has ambient lighting thy changes color, the BMW doesn’t. You can get massagers in the F-150 too. Correct me if I’m wrong, but you have to get a 5 series BMW for all that. Hate Ford all you want, but the interior is very luxurious compared to many other options.

hon solo how were they garbage as you say? Quite reliable, the 6.2 is among the most reliable Ford v8s made in the modern era. None of the gen 3 coyote issues from direct injection and none of the previous 5.4 issues that plagued Ford? Underpowered, I mean I guess that’s subjective but it felt quicker than any 5.7 ram, tundra, or 5.3 Chevrolet truck I’ve driven. They do sound good I will agree…

I have a 2020 Raptor, the V6 is ok, i added a Borla exhaust, AFE intake and a custom tune. For the street it is just fine, I think i would have been happier with the 5.0 V8, especially one with twin turbos, or a supercharger. My last Roush f150 had a supercharger, nothing like it!

Haha my friend has a ram rebel with a 33 gallon tank and he says it’s depressing to have to swipe his card again to keep filling with gas because he hit the 100 dollar allocation. Cost of doing business though, he could always fill the tank up before it gets that low.

These trucks are getting so big that they will have their own zip code soon... I mean the little Maverick is probably the size of a heavy duty pickup from like 30 years ago. With that being said, I am surprised that these trucks don't come with iPads in the back for watching movies and stuff like that. Granted, these features are popular in the German luxury cars, but trust me, a kid will use that feature more than any corporate executive.

Still with twin turbos and the old V8 the real difference b/w gas mileage is only 2 M/gallons. NA V8 is best. The saved money from V6 somewhat better gas mileage will end up is replacing turbos at 100,000 miles and the stupid complex water pump repair driven by timing chain. V8 will still run down the road with regular maintenance after hundreds of thousand of miles.

I like the Raptor, the exterior is great, the interior looks Ford cheap though. Don't get me wrong, I have bought new Fords in the past, the most recent was a 2016 Escape. However, Ford has plastic mould flashing issues and panel alignment, even on the Mustang this can be seen when walking around them. Usually, the trunk is the biggest issue. However, I would buy the Ram TRX over the Raptor all day long. I also think the RAM TRX will hold its value better just because of the engine alone.
