@@mohammadkamran5862 nowadays cars are economical made, and many parts they use are made by same manufacturers (valeo, bosch, denso, delphi, trw, brembo, and so on). That being said, i would choose a zero miles Elantra any time and not an used car. Except theta 2 engines, Hyundai engines are pretty reliable. In Europe these cars work fine. I'm member of several Hyundai facebook groups and most of the cars from there have from 100k to 2-300k kms and they still work well. Hyundai problems are with Theta 2 engines, but in Europe they don't sell them, here they mostly sell the 1.6 and 2.0 diesels and the 1.6mpi and 1.6gdi and t-gdi and they seem to be reliable.

@@startube2788 thats good that you’ve had good experiences with Hyundais. Some of the parts may be made by the same manufacturers but the quality control of every company comes down to them. There’s no way we can say a BMW will come close to Toyota reliability just because they might share some parts made by Bosch. For example i feel more confident in my 800$ Honda Accord with 300000KM that nothing will happen to the car, than my 12000$ VW Golf at only 130000KM. I know the accord will keep running with just oil changes.

@@gman1080 so far I’m still in love with it. My only regret is that I didn’t get one with a manual transmission. The paddle shifters don’t let you redline which is annoying and the computer will override inputs if you’re at too low/high of an rpm. Thought i would go for automatic for the higher resale value but a manual would have been more fun. I’ve put 2600 miles on it so far in about 2 months (a lot, I know. Made a few road trips) and I haven’t experienced any sort of problems or anything. One thing I will say is that for some reason when you’re accelerating hard from a stop the front wheels will “skip” a little when you shift into 2nd which is a little weird but not too big of a deal. It’s FWD so kind of expected. It truly is a great daily driver and so much fun on the roads. When you text drive one pay attention to the brakes. It has EXCELLENT brakes. The handling is still super smooth as well. I just wish I could make it even quicker! Haha

Honestly, tears of laughter on that intro! 🤣 And THAT'S why I subscribe to Throttlehouse....plus car reviews. Yeah, that part too

Petition to review the Kia K5. Or maybe even a K5 - Camry - Sonata - Accord comparison

I'm driving a K5 this week and it's honestly not that great. Granted it's a stripper model with no options, so I can't speak for how much better the higher trims would be.

Lmao! During the intro video, when Thomas said "Hey Siri" he actually activated the Siri on my phone. I was like WTF?? 😂🤣

Yup, that looks like Ontario unfortunately. I am about 2 hours north west of you guys and have about a foot more snow :( Good video guys. One of the best mixes of information, humor, and just great general entertainment value. Keep it up!

I love the non-intro, intro. Plus the screen ID for "and I'm James" is perfect!!! About this car, it looks nice for where it is in the market place. But if I wanted a sporty car from the HKMG, I'd get a KIA Stinger.

I'm quickly becoming a Korean fanboy. Hyundai/Kia is becoming what I've wanted Japanese brands to be for years.

It’s coming time to trade in my Bimmer and I’ve been waiting for the TLX Type-S and the IS F but at the pace Hyundai is going, I wouldn’t be surprised if an updated G70 comes out. These Asian companies are building the foundation to take back over the car industry
