I once did a science project on this in elementary school and bananas that are placed in the fridge WILL brown faster than if they’re just out on the counter. So I recommend if you’re craving some banana bread but if you wanna have fresh bananas for oatmeal and whatnot, definitely leave them in the counter or at room temp somewhere.

Tip on bananas. Do not put them in the fridge. Leave out at room temp until they are fully ripened. Once they are fully ripe then you can put I fridge to extend life a few days but if you put fresh bananas in the fridge the cold air will brown the peels super fast.

My FAVORITE tuna recipe packed with flavor and protein: low fat cottage cheese (I prefer good culture brand), tuna, chopped up hard boiled egg whites, chopped up cucumber and cherry tomatoes, a little avocado, sugar free relish, everything bagel seasoning. Mix and devour. It keeps you super full and it’s low calorie for a big portion. You can always omit the avocado but I love it in my tuna for a healthy fat source. I never even liked cottage cheese till my mom turned me onto it with tuna, then I added the other stuff to add volume, texture and taste.

Hey brother. Your Bananas are turning brown because you’re putting them in the fridge. Tropical fruit should always be stored on the counter. Good rule of thumb is to always store them the way they’re sold. This applies to all produce. So if the super-mart doesn’t have them in the fridge, they usually shouldn’t be refrigerated. Berries and grapes are the exception. Great video! Keep them coming 👍

Awesome grocery haul man, nice seeing a new face to the fitness scene. not sure how you popped up on my feed but ive been enjoying your videos. And yes i am also health conscious like how others are talking about this nd that. But to look at the bigger picture and comparing this haul vs a regular standard american diet.. By far.. go with your haul.. everyone can get results and still enjoy foods. and its a start.. and if they want to continue their health journey and keep on educating and learning about it and being more conscious. then yeah start adding more whole organic foods, red meat..etc all in all. awesome job man! I would love to see people start eating like this to lose those extra lbs and then eventually get onto their own journey with diet! whereever that takes them.

That tuna meal is a game changer 🔥my only concern though is the mercury in tuna, do we have to worry about that ? I’ve heard that you could get mercury poisoning from eating too much
@JoeySuggs2 жыл бұрын
Yeah you would have tuna for every meal everyday to get mercury poisoning you’ll be good👌
