It is a credit to the overall design of the Mazda6 although it has been updated over the years this body shape was launched back in 2012. Loved it back then love it even more in 2020. The carbon edition is spot on and love the red leather interior ❤️

@@mbenton6 great, Mazda runs a 10 year life cycle on the 6. The previous generation was 2002-2012 and the all new one will be in 2022. The real point here is that for a car shape that is of this age even with the updates the car is still stunning and in many eyes still the best looking mid sized compared to competition

I just picked one up today. Only two complaints. Should have come with traffic sign recognition and should have come with a black headliner. Other than that I absolutely love it. People whine about the infotainment but honestly it has apple CarPlay and Android whatever so who cares.

Mazda makes vehicles far more impressive than their price would indicate. A Honda or Toyota at this cost would be no LEDs, no heated steering wheel or ventilated front /heated rear seats. Plus the full driver assistance pkg on 19" wheels? Hard to beat

@@fordTH7335 all trim levels have LED brake lights, the turn signals and reverse lights are incandescent on the SE and below however. The Corolla and RAV4 are the same with the exception of the SE/XSE Corolla sedans having front LED turn signals.

@@tails300 every single 2019+ Mazda 3 and 6 cx3 cx30 cx5 cx9 all have not a single non led bulb inside the interior or outside. Toyota does not. I've been on their lot, seen their models.... they're right across I35 from us. Anyway I know Mazda is superiouly engineered and i stand by that. Aside my opinion you're entitled to yours; factually correct or not. But I just bought my mother a 3 and it has 0 non LED bulbs from bumper to bumper.

I sat in the Mazda 6 yesterday, and was taken back by the car. Like wow this car really stands out in every aspect: exterior design, interior design, the feel of the car , etc. I was able to test drive the CX-5 and of course that too impressed me greatly. The only gripe i've about the cx-5 is that its somewhat small on the inside. I think I wouldve been sold if it was slightly bigger (like CRV and Rav4) AND offered a hybrid option. I'm sure Mazda will offer that at some point. Now that they're supposedly with Toyota.

I don't think the lack of AWD is an air ball. Why do some many reviewers always lament the lack of AWD? I can't find any need for it and would really rather have the option of not having to pay for something I don't use. Just like including a moonroof...another high cost option that I get very little value out of. I'd prefer that certain features always be optional and separate from all packages. The other thing is that AWD adds weight and maintenance points. I'd like to see some fully color-coordinated interiors as options. I like the chrome staying. Everything blacked out makes the car blend in more to the surroundings in my view.

really wish this was in AWD. Also, I think their rear lights on the 6 is the weakest of the entire lineup. It's similar to the entire lineup, but it's much much busier than the CX-5.. Jumping back and forth between carbon 6, of GT Reserve CX-5.. (really want the Ventilated seats and heated steering wheel). Replacing my 2016 Golf R... German Maintenance is... expensive, no matter what german brand you go with...

Extremely disappointed with my Mazda 6 2017. I used to love this car until now when my car center console screen gave up at only 50,000 miles. The screen starts to make random ghost selections with constant beeping noise. I read online and seems like alot of people had similar issues. Since the car is out of warranty it costs 1200$ for screen to be replaced.. Not reliable and cheaply made. You get what you pay for.

I am not as enthusiastic as the reviewer about this Carbon Edition. It has a great sound system! The info entertainment display is dated and I personally don't like the color of the red seats in this car. Speaking of the entertainment system, no wireless android auto...ugh! Despite the hp and torque numbers for this turbo engine on paper, I thought when I drove it, that it wasn't as peppy when throttle was applied compared to the 2021 Accord 2.0t paired with the 10 spd. I like the feedback firmness of steering in the both the Mazda 6 and Accord much better than the Camry. Exterior wise, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. My personal favorite is the new 2021 Kia K5 EX. The mid-size sedan market at $33,000 MSRP is very competitive. Having said all this, I do think that Mazda has a winner on their hands.

Due to the fact that this is not the 6's top trim. Digital dash comes standard on the Mazda 6 signature along with a host of other upgrades. Though i agree Mazda should just throw in the digital dash on some lower trims.
