2021 Mercedes AMG GLA 45 Review | Don't call it an SUV, it's a HOT HATCH!

This is there 2021 Mercedes GLA 45 AMG 4Matic+ and what all of that means is this is one seriously quick SUV I mean hot hatch. I mean it doesn't really look like an SUV does it? with its lowered suspension, low profile tires this is certainly in the hot hatch territory. Under the hood it more than adds up, it's still a 2L turbo like the base GLA 250 but this pumps out 382hp and 354lb-ft of torque. Sadly we don't get the GLA 45s here in Canada as that has even more power at 415 horses. But let's be honest, 382hp is plenty and with a 0-60 time in about 4 seconds it'll beat almost anything.

No one is going to off-road this, but I do believe that after 2019 model year, the styling, shape, and footprint changed from a hatchback profile to a compact SUV. The 2nd gen GLA45 looks like an SUV now. 😕

CUVs are the future. I work at a hyundai dealership and Kona Ns fly off the lots faster than the Elantra N do. It moves faster than the Veloster N which was a borderline steal at 28k OTD!

@@boygonewhoopdataZZ I've got a Kona N I bought new in 2022. Absolutely LOVE my Kona N, it's been a truly awesome car. Miles are stacking up quick though, I'm planning on trading from a GLA45 AMG this year as the miles start creeping up towards 60k.
