Come to Canada! We get the AMG A35 Hatch - maybe not 382hp, but 302hp, awd, and a lower center of gravity. Top that off with 200kg (444lbs) lighter. Spells fun to me.

You're supposed to use a vacuum extractor for the oil, most Mercedes have a top mounted oil filter. Much easier than draining the sump from underneath.

I have the 2016 version of this, big wing, drivers package. I keep getting emails from the Mercedes dealership asking if I want to sell it. They say they are too hard to get and keep in stock. I love driving mine. A very fun little car. And that year, 2016, looks smaller than the more recent models. It has been on the race track a couple of times. Lots of fun doing that.

If you look at some of Sarah’s early car reviews, you’ll see her driving tuned cars with something like 1000 HP. No stock vehicle will ever hit 5 beans on Sarah’s scale. I can usually guess her bean score in advance, so Sarah’s being consistent, at least in my view.

Love your work. I've come across a few cars with quad exhausts that are slower than a glacier, but the AMG badge does make me pay attention. But not all cars with AMG badges are quick. There's a beautiful E500 AMG convertible that lives maybe 400 metres down the road from me. The AMG just means that it has an AMG appearance pack. It's still a lovely car. My next-door neighbour has an AMG A 45 and it's hot.

As hard as I try, I just can't seem to figure out the SSS (Sarah Score System), particularly the BSA (Bean Score Assessment). You'll rave and be all excited about the engine's power, yet only give a 3.5 BSA, how is this car not in the 4's. What's it take to get a perfect 5? The CSA and PSA seemed in line with the excitement of the review.
