You will have to pay rent for the space. With the estimated returns it's a very long term investment. When you go onto most mall or supermarket there are lots of these machines so there is lots of competition. Not sure how a non Ukrainian would stand with these machines because the way I understand it is you have to make an investment of at least $100,000 to start a business here

Foreigners are not allowed to buy or rent agricultural land in Ukraine, the do not want the land ruined by having huge amounts of fertiliser used on it leaching into the ground water and eventually into the water supply. All of the places in the countryside have wells and they would end up being polluted. The other point us that getting a permit to live in Ukraine is not easy , Google it and you will find that there are specific requirements that have to be met , believe me, I know because I am in the process of getting my second years residence permit and the beurocracy is unbelievable. You would think it would be the same as the first year . Wrong , extra paperwork and requirements.
