Surely this is a feedback to re to improve quality. Also given the fact that these vehicles are being exported. Post production defects are taken very seriously in other countries

I had the issue on starting. But changing the relay for fuel pump solved mine. It's so irritating because himalayan 2021 is just a minor upgrade from 2020. This much complaints on mass scale isn't acceptable. I tried calling every number and accounts of royal Enfield just to report the issue . At the end of the day I love this bike and that's the only reason I choose RE else I'd have chosen something else

I have been mulling about buying a Himalayan for quite some time, but everywhere I see it more of an emotional decision. Quality issues are reduced but not gone. Seems royal Enfield is doing testing with customers father than having a strong quality process of their own. The first version being discontinued because of quality issues was a live example of this. What kind of testing or quality process is being followed? I have never heard this many complaints from a Bajaj, TVs or Hero

@@shinojgk everything is right bruh. But the himalayan is a joy to ride that's the reason to buy it. The low end punch and the feel of bike is unlike anything else on this segment. But yes the quality management is poor and you have to deal with that . Choice is yours
