Man, i really, really love you! Objectively speaking, of course. When you said "pedals are too close" - yes! YES!! - that is the problem with this car! Yes!!

Had one for two years and the one thing that stood out was reversing up an incline it never felt right for some reason felt you had to push it 1.5tsi. Apart from that was perfect car for the family pre covid then after it just looked nice on the drive

Glad you’ve said that.. I’ve got a 2019 SEAT Leon with the 1.5 TSI, and I’ve always found reverse really weird, but just thought it was me being stupid. Glad it’s not just me 😂

Mark I took a look of SEAT Tarraco , about 5 months ago , and i must say I didn't like it, price was somewhat compelling , but lower spec cars look hideous , materials are awful and it looks like a car for 2005, so I wouldn't really recommend it if You want something a bit more stylish to go for lower specs. And VAG constantly makes their interiors worse by the year, 2nd row is hard plastic even in door cards, metal showing in the cabin etc. But when You visit their show room , salesman is always giving a description of every car like a Premium. As i said to them , Im not here to buy a badge , I'm here to buy a car. BTW my DS 7 is making me smile every day when i pass any " VAG" premium cause they just look ridiculous and every one is turning head and saying how gorgeous it is. Still 0 faults for You all anti-french lovers. Also I do really think that 1,5 petrol is under-powered for a 7 seater - cause if You are buying one right , then I suppose You are gonna use it as such , at least more than once a year, and fully loaded You can feel its struggling especially if You go uphill, sure with automatic You are not gonna notice that, cause it will downshift quite a few gears down, but overtaking on long uphills with double or triple lanes , You are there in a slow lane with trucks etc. Go for 2 liter engine option if You can . Also , gasoline engines now have a DPF so go figure.
