i just used a base model exhaust of a 570 base and put it on my trail model and it works perfect also keeps the splash from getting in the intake

Did you ever come up with a fix for the water coming into the intake side of the CVT?

great video definitely helped me with installation of mine. hey have you installed a snorkel on the intake for the belt? if so would you please upload a video so we can see how you did it and what parts you used, that would be very helpful too.

Thank you , and I been testing out some designs on the bike but so far I haven’t found a great solution yet, I seen some guys routing a hose to inside the front box , but my problem with that is you don’t get any air flow so the cvt will get hot and most likely have belt issues in the future, but I’ll definitely make a video when I find some solution

This always fixes them. I have a 21’ 570 Trail on order have talked to a bunch of guys on the forums about it and they all do this you can also replace the factory one with one from a previous gen 570 that routes up under the seat you have to heat it up and bend it a bit but thats a fix as well

how did you get the 3 inch elbow in the rubber piece

The one end of it is smaller end I believe it’s a male that fits in but I don’t remember the right name for it

@@dougkyle7968 It's called a street elbow. One end is male, the other female.
