Congrats on the progress with your health, and cheers to overcoming the fear 🥂. One way I dealt with mine was to induce some pain (via a pinch) on a different part my body while taking a shot. It had this split focus effect on me that made the needle seem like "less to worry about". I still use it sometimes today, but I'm rarely ever anxious about taking them anymore

Thank you for sharing this update, I am quite glad to hear that your health is getting better. I love watching your videos they have helped me through quite a lot in life. My cousin has been doing massage therapy for quite some time, and loves it. She said it so wonderful to see the change in people after the therapy.
