Time travel is not possible. Time is not even real. You can't travel through something that doesn't exist. Also, if it's all happening on your own head, is that actually time travel? I'd say no.

I'm so tired of things not going my way being unhappy not living the life I desire. I never asked or wanted to be here I hate faking and playing the game of life with all its rules uncertainty and stress I feel like I am playing a game never signed up to play. Participating in a life I don't believe it it is miserable sad and disappointing I am tired of trying to be better I simply do not want to participate in the physical realm it disgusts me and my consciousness is a higher frequency than this realm I can't keep playing this disgusting game of deception and smoke and mirrors and inequity. Life is such a waste.

He has an institute where they claim to be capable of reproduce what Monroe experienced. You pay $2500 for a week in a small house doing yoga, meditating and coaches gives you 'tools'. The mind is very capable, they ask you to close eyes and keep like that for 3 hours, you will dream while being awake, you can do that if you have the time to spare. Being able to control dreams does not mean anything its just dreams. Obviously the guy leading the meditation will say go to this place, looks like this, talk to that man looks like that. Its lile reading a book, your mind just fills the gaps. The brain its capable of making you feel cold even if you are in the desert, monks can train the body and mind to eliminate all pain, that doesnt mean they are immortal. Time is precious, you dont have time to waste on imagination, people fall addict to those dreams and waste their life meditating. I will never get it.

Faith is the "power of total conviction" in the mind, possessing the mind. Faith arising out of your need to believe in something, because such a belief will serve your purposes in some way, can be powerful and strong. Belief is even stronger. Belief is the offspring of hearsay and logic. Because you have heard something and been convinced that what you have heard or read is true, you develop a deep belief in what you have heard. You believe it to be true. You believe in a total, complete way which defies contradiction. Christ was constantly telling people: "Believe you will receive-and you will receive." However, Christ knew at the time, that it will be almost impossible for most people to ever have the faith which will cause miracles to happen, since no matter how much he or others might explain Truth to them, they will still never have the intense knowing. Christ's intention was to give us knowledge. Hearsay is when you are told something but you cannot really prove it is true. Knowledge is when you are told something-or read something-and because what you have now heard or read complies logically and realistically with all related items of knowledge already in your mind, and you can understand and believe it in a realistic, logical way, the new information becomes knowledge. You KNOW that what you now "know" is TRUE. You have a sense of "conviction." Up to this time, people who have faith in "Christ" have become like precocious children. Their faith has been partially blind and accepting, yet interwoven with much doubt. Therefore, whatever they needed to be done for them, they depended on "Christ" for the work to be accomplished. Whereas, in fact, much of what they believe they have derived directly from "Christ" has been their own "faith in Christ" made visible in the form of things asked for. While this child-like "faith" is very important to our well-being, those who are capable of moving onward on the spiritual path to perfection, must now reach a deeper level of true knowledge of the relation between mind and "matter." Because without this foundation, people will continue to flounder in myths and will be locked into the misery of the human condition.

I'm still skeptical of all of this. I've had a couple of NDE's, and studied them for years. But I also know the reality of demonic possession. I believe Monroe was deceived, ultimately, by something beyond his comprehension. I don't believe Monroe ever made it to where the true source of all existence is, which is a Divine realm where the true God Almighty is. I definitely agree with your friend regarding Monroe never making it past the 2nd Heaven, especially since that would be where the prison of the angels is, and they will deceive you in ways you cant even comprehend.

How can a all loving god wxist and be yhe universe and yet bad and horrific things happen. Thats why i know god doesnt exist because if it did . The world qould be a very very different place. Loke in these movies we see where theres only depoctions of a fantasy scenario that is claimed to have happed in aaid books. I think vringing religion into life is a no no religion is best left to phylisophical individuals that can see beyind religion itself. Like scientists do

I had a lot of out of body experiences as a kid, and i found this book when i was in middle school which helped me to feel a bit more grounded in my experiences and knowing it was a more widely recorded phenomenon. I definitely agree the frameworks monroe applies are pretty muddled with his own subjectivity, i think many people came after him and expanded upon his work in a way that feels a bit more neutral and informative. Funnily enough monroes whole objective was to take these felt perceptual states and try to articulate them, to try to bring the experience of a conscious oobe as something that could be more accessible to everyone, and to find the commonalities amongst other peoples out of body experiences to create some kind of objective map and framework for others- if youve ever had an OOBE before you can understand why this would be such an impressive task to undertake and even try to tackle, even though i think he ultimately misses the mark in many ways. He still put down a foundation for this phenomenon to get more recognition and for others to push what he was trying to do forward in a way that still makes me acknowledge him as a pioneer in the field, regardless of feeling like some of his conclusions and end products miss the mark a bit and could easily come off wacky. Dont get me wrong, things will happen in those states that are akin to sci fi, that youd have to experience to believe, but i ultimately think that monroe as a conduit for relaying those experiences superimposed a lot of his own personal frameworks onto these things despite his efforts to seem detached and scientific..

Hey, I know it's 4 years later but I hope you're still alive and ok. Please, keep seeking; do not look outside but go within. And no, you may never find the truth in any one holy book or religion. Yes, they all have some truth but the whole truth can only be found within. As Christ said: let those who are seeking keep seeking until they find; they will be disturbed, amazed... Keep seeking.

I hope all of you who feel you were raised ie forced into Christianity and have now chosen apostacy will one day (hopefully sooner than later) turn back again and "choose" Christ. I was raised Christian but we were very secular, I chose to be a Christian on my terms at arms length for far too long, until about a year and half ago when the Lord drew me to Him and I finally chose to respond on His terms. It's been a wonderful life changing experience. It's not always easy, but the call to pick up your cross and carry it is a challenge that will be rewarded. I pray you pick up your cross again and carry on. Gid bless you all.

When Monroe is speaking about the section of Locale 2 where he heard the trumpets and people layed down as He passed through His kingdom, I do not think he was referring to the God of the universe, but it was just one part of this locale 2 realm that this entity "ruled".
@jimhedgeland45543 ай бұрын
Hi, I am interested to know if you have experience of 'Locale 2' being referred too! It also concerns me a little of the subservience of people laying down and some sort of deity passes by. I don't have any direct clear experience of OBE but the possible connection i.e. similarity of the hierarchy which relates to the rules, rituals and expectations placed on humans within most organised religions on earth disturbs me greatly!
