personally i think there are much better cars for the money. However if you just want a nice looking and premium feeling car without much power this could be a secent choice. Considering you are 23 i don't know how good your driving skills are and this car is not super fast so it could be a good choice to keep you out of trouble compared to other cars for the money with more power. So overall Yes it could be a good first car If you want to spend this amount of money.
