Because nobody shoots Bowtech on the performance setting. Draw cycle sucks and makes it very hard to shoot. Not worth the increase.

@@reaganriddle The 2022 models have the best performance draws Bowtech has ever made. I wouldn't have thought about shooting in performance with my Realms or Reign 7, but my Revolt XL is smooth.

I just don't understand with so many KZbin channels that are reviewing bows and picking these things apart,why these companies just can't come clean with the specs. who cares if the bow weighs 3 lb 8 oz if you strip everything off that's not how we use it. And give us a real ibo speed. Don't inflate it cause then they just look like liars... let's get it together people

You are absolutely right. And don't think that archers aren't paying attention to these specs. That's what hurt Obsession a few years ago. They were overstating by about twenty five fps the speed of their bows. And that destroyed their credibility. Bowtech seems to be doing the same. When I buy a bow I want it to do what they say it will.

First of all why can’t you test these bows at IBO specs?!?! 70# - 30” - 350 grain arrow!!! All your doing is giving these lying bow companies a pass by having that gray area between actual IBO specs and your smoke and mirrors specs of 70# - 29” - 400 grains! Why can’t you help the consumer by holding them accountable? Also, doing these sound test under varying conditions 🤷🏽‍♂️ leaves some questions also?!? NONE of these companies tell the truth! They just keep lying and these reviews keep spoon feeding the garbage the fan boys love!

I believe he is doing it Bc it is more realistic, most true hunters are shooting 400+ grains and 28-29 inches draw length, idc what the specs say I want real life results which I believe that’s the purpose

It is interesting to know did you shoot the bow in comfort or in performance? Other reviews achieved 344 fps with 350 grain arrow on performance. I did purchase my current bow based on your review I do feel the review is really accurate . Thanks again for the great work and detail honest review.

We did it on comfort setting. You have to flip to performance to get the speeds but no one we know shoots any Bowtech on performance. The draw cycle is harsh and not worth the gain in speed.

@@mikekupetsky6879 if this bow is "rough" on speed module - Bowtech went backwards... After modifying the gawd awful stock hand grip - My RPM360 is still Smoother and better holding than most every bow made since.... And faster

Going with the performance disc and 7-9fps increase in speed. How much difference does that make at say 50m?

350@70# 29" 319fps plus 10 for another 1" 329 fps. 21 fps slow!!!!!! They're going to really make that big of a change to modules to gain that speed???? Really??? Well that's going to really change the draw cycle.... SR6 staying with me.

if he shot this on comfort (confirmed below), then he probably would've gotten around 340 fps, much closer i read somewhere that folks were seeing more than the usual 10 fps jump on these bows when going to performance, which could close the gap even more we won't know until fresh bows, with any mod redesign, are in folks' hands and they shoot them at ibo specs on performance

I’ll pass on any bowtech. I owned the sr6 for a few months and sold it. This bow should have been called sr330. At a 28” draw I’m getting close to these speeds if not more out of my rx5 and v3
