Amy, Thanks for the recommendation on the Tenico iFloor 2 floor cleaner! I was unsure how this would work in my home. I'm happy to share that it worked great on my hardware floors as well as my LVT bathroom floor. A quick idea for wasted chips, I have large ziplock baggies, and will write the expiry date on the ziplock and put the leftovers in there so they don’t go stale by the next time we eat them. They even have reusable zip baggies for food if you don’t want to use one time use baggies.

I need this motivation. I have hardwood through my house except my bedroom has carpet. That’s being replaced today. I’m sure I’m going to be soooo embarrassed when they move out my furniture. About the kitchen sink, I wouldn’t replace it. I’d contact a local company that specializes in refinishing bathtubs. My guess is that it can be repaired inexpensively. If not, I’d leave it as is as long as it doesn’t leak. Maybe just using a sealer will do the trick.
