Love my weathertech floor Mats. Have had them in my 2015 F150 2018 F150 and now my 2020 F250 7.3 Godzilla.

They’re fantastic mats! OEMs aren’t hateful, but WeatherTech takes it up a notch and then some!

Nice. Weather Tech stuff is great, just wish it wasn't so expensive. Bought front and rear mud flaps tho, AND I get to install them.... this week! I hope, truck shipped, will be here Thursday or Friday !

That’s awesome news! Congratulations!! I love WeatherTech products, and even though they are more expensive than some competitors, the quality and durability are both there! I’ve heard their No-drill mud flaps are awesome and even better than OEM! Enjoy your new ride!!

Nice truck man. I feel you on how you install things slowly and carefully on a perfect vehicle you care about. Glad I’m not alone haha. Like when tire shops do lug nuts all fast and slap the socket around on wheels lug holes and stuff it irks my soul 😅. Thanks for the vid

Are the Weathertech HP Floor mats hard to clean? I still have the OEM Ford floor mats and I hate on how much of a pain they are to clean. Just curious if they are made from similar material.
@mileshiles12872 жыл бұрын
Nice I have ford mats ordered with the truck I think they are good. Some people don't like them I can see why weather tech have more coverage. One 22 owner bought some from the dealer not the same as mine back was ok but the front sucked mine have more coverage.
@beardedautomedia22612 жыл бұрын
The WeatherTechs are great for coverage. If you want a nice, substantial mat with some grip that looks nice and cleans well, these fit the bill. There are two different OEM rubber mats, I believe. One follows the carpet mats more closely, the other is more of a “floorliner”, but neither have the coverage or perceived durability that the WeatherTech does!

I put these in a few months ago. They’re ok. Didn’t take long for them to look like crap and I don’t even work the truck hard. Hopefully they clean better than the regular weathertechs.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these! I think that the increased rubber compound does lead to more scuffing and dirt staining, but they should also be pretty easy to clean with a good brush. I think as long as they’re regularly cleaned and conditioned, they should outperform the original liners longterm.

I used 303 protectant on my weather tech mats with my 2013 super duty. They look brand new after using . 303 products are great .

I have the Hp liners in my Nissan SUV and been very happy, no curling or wierd issues. However, they can become quite slippery if you clean them with interior detail spay and such. On my F250 I got the all weather mats factory and have been happy with them so far.

I’ve only ever used WeatherTech’s cleaning and conditioning products to take care of mine when they get dirty. I don’t know how they’ll perform on the HPs, but hopefully it works well. I just decided that If I was going to purchase these mats, I didn’t need to spend the money on the OEM all weather mats, so I passed on those!

They do! It’s a little pricey for the kit, but it does a great job and it lasts a good while!

How is the color your mats now. Are they faded or not ?

Always used weather Tech . Great product. I just ordered a new F350 7.3 gasser back on March 28th. Just received a May 9th build date . So should get it in early June. Also a product called 303 protectant spray will keep your mats looking new forever. They make great products.

Good news on your Super Duty! I’ll have to check out that 303 spray, I appreciate the suggestion!

Wow...that's fast. I ordered mine March 5th and have received no word yet. F250 7.3 Lariat Tremor.
@beardedautomedia22612 жыл бұрын
I’ve seen so many builds picked up recently, I bet yours isn’t too far off. I don’t recall what Johnny’s build was, but trim level and options are playing a factor in scheduling again. Also, it seems like Tremors are slower to be picked up for some reason. I always tried to keep in mind that there are some orders from mid-2021 that haven’t even been touched. That helped me feel a little better, sometimes worse though!
@johnnyyarbrough97162 жыл бұрын
@@daveharness70 I ordered the F350 Lariat package. When I placed my order so many options were not available. Cab lights , uplifter switches, spray in bed liners , mud flaps . Will have to get these after market.

I didn’t like the old design because they felt weird while driving. I’ve heard these are way better.
@beardedautomedia22612 жыл бұрын
100% agreed on that one! And yes, they are way better as far as stability and comfort while driving. A more substantial mat altogether, honestly. And for not much more expense at that!
