It's very strange but this system is same with Kia Carnival which earn a B tier badge. So how is this a C tier? Maybe a problem with the specific car? Or maybe its new and needs some breaking in?

Maybe because it's based on the segment in which the car is in? Kia carnival only has to look up to Honda and Toyota but this has 2 fight against many more in the same category?

Do you have any idea on how to fix the sound in the back speakers they sound sooo low compared to the front (driver and passenger side ) speakers I tried fading them and checking every option there is .

(DAB)I find the sound on the radio much better then over the wired CarPlay lossless Apple Music. The radio sound is warm, the CarPlay sound is clear and almost flat. Anybody got a solution?

Do you think the sound proofing of the Sorento is adequate? I know a guy who literally took every panel of and added extra sound proofing.

Haven’t been in one, but generally car reviewers consider the sorento as a quiet SUV that’s totally competitive with other SUVs of its class in terms of interior quietness.

Bass should appear to come from the front just like a real concert not from the back. The speakers should disappear in a really good system.

The Bose system in my 2023 Sorento is SO disappointing. At low volume, the system is fairly clear, but it completely falls apart as you turn it up. Highs are harsh and there are no real lows without a fair bit of distortion. 2/10. Total miss by Kia and Bose.

Just got my today, and already having issues with sound... Sound just shuts down in all speakers for no reason... Does anybody know how to fix it?

You have to adjust your settings under the Driver Assistance Warning tab. This just happened to me. The speakers in the front of my Sorento went out when I took an exit I guess as a warning sounds does. I unchecked the Driver Safety Priority and the speaker came back on. I hope this helps

It is named after an ancient Greek village located in Italy, called Sorrento. However Kia chose to remove one "r"
