Shooting with the hamskea rest will the new quivers still fit over that? Or did you chose the arrow web because the new ones won’t fit over that?

Regardless of how far the sight is from the hand the movement is the same. If you torque the bow with your hand you’ll SEE more movement with the sight out farther vs it being closer but the movement is the same. Some prefer the sight out farther to ensure they aren’t torquing even a bit.

THank god someone else was thinking the same. This is the second time this channel has brought this up...its just illogical to me. I would think its the opposite. He also contradicts what he said in another video about dovetail sights "Thats not going anywhere"

Pushing your sight further from your face will NOT amplify your actual inaccuracy, but just allow you to perceive it and visualize it More accurately. Because of this, you can see your torque more accurately and adjust to prevent it.

Love the content! I learn quite a bit about bows every time I watch. One thing I’ve learned with shooting rifles, sight radius, which is essentially what he’s trying to describe, does allow you to SEE your aiming error. Shorter sight radius may appear to move less, but you’re still moving the same amount and this inputting the same error. The only time a short sight radius is “more accurate” is when the shooter has target panic.

I had the opportunity to shoot this bow at 70# today.... The shot & after shot were as expected for beyond parallel types of bows with minimal vibes and noise was pretty quiet for echoey indoors..... I'm no Expert and don't know the terms used but, The initial draw on this bow is instantly Steep & Vertical as it stacks up and it dumps down fast into a solid feeling back wall in an almost uncontrollable jerk for a poundage that felt more like 80#...... . . The bow reminded me a combo of these bows : PSE Mach / Brute force NXT / Monster 8 & a Rytera......

This bow looks really promising. I've been using a Diamond Edge 320 and I've been really wanting to invest in a smoother tool. There are a lot of great features on this bow at a competitive price. I almost feel the need to own a piece of history with what this bow does. I'm glad your energy has been payed forward with an early look and use of this bow. What's even better is your immediate attitude to return that energy to people. Thank you and hopefully there are many more to come. Also, thank you MFJJ. Your tips have helped me bring my groupings to about an inch at 40 (my diamond edge 320's sight only goes that high 😅🤣)

Great video! This is the bow I'm leaning towards and will be selling my PSE Xpedite. Just waiting on the shop to get the mods in so I can actually shoot it. I'm not quite 5"7 and have a DL between 27 and 28. I run a fast eddie and will be looking to add a dove tail.

The commentary on the sight is completely wrong. You still torque your bow the same. The reason it is more accurate to extend the sight is it reveals this movement and shows where you are actually aiming, rather than hiding it.

Tuning a bow can be challenging for most people, so miss information will set a lot of people back and be quite frustrating. I just figured you would want a channel of quality rather than quantity. One sword sharpens another, you know.

I always thought you’re supposed to move your scope housing in and out until your peep centers perfectly with the scope housing at full draw. Once you find that sweet spot that’s the right spot for you. Am I wrong?

How fast are you shooting? I’m also a short draw length at 27.5. Shooting a 443 grain arrow with 284fps. Just wondering because I’m shooting ABB and just saw a not so great review and I am now second guessing my choice.

Dan, How would you say the 29 compares the the V3 27? I’m built the same as you are (height and draw length) and I am in the market for a new bow. Mostly a tree stand/ground blind whitetail hunter so I like how compact the 27 is but I like the new features of the 29.

hey man! I am a right handed left eye dominant guy as well. I have shot right handed using my right eye for years and shot lots of stuff with no problems as far as I can tell. awhile back I saw you had some videos that you where trying to switch over to left handed just wondering how did that go? would you recommend that I try switching?

How are you able to shoot up to a 100 and past while keeping the same anchor point and not having to either anchor lower or lift your head up and not have your nose touching the string? I can get to 90 but once it’s pasted that the bottom half of my sight is out of my peep. My bow is shooting a 285 FPS sigh tape from black gold. I also use a nose button and a hamskea peep 5/32.
