2022 Monster Energy Supersport TT Race 1 - Race Highlights | TT Races Official

Starting the day off, Michael Dunlop claimed his 20th win at the Isle of Man TT Races with a new lap record of 129.475mph enabling him to get the better of Dean Harrison in the Monster Energy Supersport Race 1.
There was little to choose between Dunlop on his MD Racing Yamaha and Harrison (DAO Racing Kawasaki) throughout the three laps, the gap between the two at one stage was a mere one tenth of a second, but the Northern Irishman edged away on the final lap to become just the third rider after Uncle Joey and John McGuinness to win 20 TT races.
Peter Hickman (K2 Trooper Beer by PHR Peformance) got the verdict for third after a close battle with Lee Johnston (Ashcourt Racing Yamaha) and James Hillier (RICH Energy OMG Racing Yamaha).

One thing I could never get tired of is watching Michael Dunlop racing a 600 around the roads, the man is a phenomenal talent. A true road racer to his core, doing his best to hand it to the guys who ride their bikes week in-week out. I've even had the privilege to race against him myself!

I absolutely love the TT. I'm an adult man and yet I can't count how many times I've teared up watching legends go. This is the greatest show on earth and its unbelievable what they can do on this course. I've got a fever and the only prescription is The Isle of Man TT.

The Isle of Man TT is the most spectacular motorcycle race in the world. I have been fortunate to go many times from the mid 1960s through the 1990s. If you have never been you should go. I'm 64 years old and I've been addicted to riding since I was 9. I've worked in four bike shops, obviously I have got to ride so many types of bikes and loved every one of them! I currently own a 03 Honda VTX 1800c. That thing is a beast! 😍 It's been setting for about a year and a half now because I ended up getting cancer multiple myeloma. It totally disabled me and I can't ride. 😭 One of my Bros bought me a mini bike and I can't even write it. How depressing! I'm fighting this cancer because I want to ride again. I have to ride one more time before this damn cancer kills me. Even if it's so many bike lol. If you read this comment thanks for reading.

Wow. Just wow. As a moto gp fan i am bl9wn away. I think this is even more entertaining than moto gp, only thing missing is the "professionalism". Handlebar view, leg view, clutch view and all those angles are amazing. It just looks a bit "DIY" or like its just a race between random friends, they need story and a franchise and boom you have something more exciting, quick and action rich than f1 and motogp combined.
