The best van setup thus far. The space, cabinets, bed the whole van is amazingly functional. Too bad the price would definitely be a bank breaker for two retired old farts.... Great job tho very impressive.

Hi, nice design and amazing for the shorter WB. Just wanted to know the brand of drawer slide you used for the step up into the bed. It looks like a really nice slide. I've been looking for slides with the 500LB capacity you talked about but they are all 3" high and didn't want to use that much space. The ones you used don't look to be anywhere near 3'''. Cheers!

Pete - Our slides are actually 3" in height as well. We supply ours from www.ovisonline.com. I believe the manufacturer would have a difficult time providing the rigidity required for a 500 lb rating from anything smaller. The height surely requires some extra design consideration depending on your use case, but they are a quality product. Thank you for watching!

Being a short wheelbase van with limited availability of countertop space, these clients opted to use a portable cooktop (either induction or propane) for their cooking solution. Many of our clients opt to cook outside when the weather is nice to limit smells inside their van. However, if the weather is bad or you simply want to cook inside, you can easily setup your portable cooktop right on your countertop inside and turn on the rooftop vent. All in all, minimal tradeoff for more countertop space the rest of the day when you are not using a burner.

It will keep a bear out better far than a tent! As long as you follow proper bear country procedures you are very unlikely to have any bear issues overnight.
