2022 Rebel 500 0-60 0-100 aftermarket exhaust

Shore Road was my first day ride on my first bike. 2018 Rebel 500. Got her last fall (2022). A few days later I did Caldwell Rd, Cow Bay and stuff with my friend with his mint Super Blackbird. I'll never forget him passing me with his front wheel being his windshield. I've improved a lot; but not to the level of back wheel navigation. You've got the talent for nice videos. Everyone in HRM loves the Waverly Road ride to the Big Stop. You can be the first to upload it.

Thanks Bill! I enjoy making content on here. Mostly for something that I can look back on or my kids can watch too. I’ll certainly do the waverly route. I was out there yesterday with my dad and grabbed a coffee at fall river Tim’s. keep any eye out for future videos. Mike, great job on producing this video! As you do more, you'll find creative ways to present the material on your videos and it will take a few tries, yet, with each try you'll get better and better! What was the brand/model of aftermarket exhaust on your Rebel? I'm strongly considering that model Motorcycle to start riding on. I'm 58 and am a new rider in the world of Motorcycle riding, the Rebel 500 is one I like-yet NOT the O.E.M. "angry sewing machine" exhaust pipe.🥺 Keep up the great work, over time with experience, you'll see how you've improved at creating content. Look forward to seeing you more on the internet!👍😁 Doug

Hi Doug! Awesome comment and thank you for the feedback! The slip on exhaust is a radiant cycles shorty GP. They are around 50-60USD. This is my fathers bike and he is getting back into riding as a short rider. He is late 60s and finds this bike more than enough. I would tend to agree. I’ll do a review on the rebel 500 soon. My first bike was a 2017 Rebel when it first came out so I have some comparative knowledge on things and have owned nearly a dozen bikes over the last 7 years.

@@MikeThompsonn thank-you for a quick response! Is that Rebel 500-of your dad's- going to be kept, or, are you considering to sell it? I may be interested in getting it! For the foundation of a "Rebel 500 revamp" project I have in mind. How many miles on the clock? It appears to have been well maintained-which I would be continuing that same standard. I'm an auto mechanic by trade and a massage therapist.🏍️👍😁 Doug

@@douglasradowick508 he just picked up end of season last year. I suspect he’ll want to hang on to it for a few season. But if it goes up for sale I’ll have it posted on here too
