Love this video! I wasn't planning to do resolutions this year but this has me motivated! Even to see resolutions in a different way. With your social media Sundays, how do you avoid social media? Do you delete apps or just turn your phone off for the day? I struggle to keep off the apps when I'm trying to limit my use but just can't seem to find an effective method.

Hii, love this video!!! Just wanted to give some advice on Sabbath. Please try and do this on a Saturday as this is what the Bible tells us. The seventh day of the week is actually Saturday and in many countries the translation of Saturday sounds very similar to Sabbath. If you rest on Sundays you are worshiping the Sun God which is Pagan and God told us to stay away from any false Gods. Wish you all the best and good luck! :)
