2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS Exhaust Servo Valve Issues. Healtech ESE.

An overview of the errors on the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS that are related to the exhaust valve actuator. I cover the problems I encountered, the errors received on the dash, and in the ECU, how the bike rode in limp mode, and how the Healtech ESE resolved these problems.
I would recommend watching Sergeant's video before attempting to access the Servo motor and the plug that is needed to attach to the Healtech part. • Servo Motor Removal & ... You'll want an L-shaped, star T-25 wrench to get to the two small screws attached to the frame.
If you're dealing with this problem, I highly recommend you get the TuneECU app to do deeper diagnostics, read error codes, as well as clear them. Otherwise it's a trip to the dealership each time. tuneecu.net/ It will pay for the costs after one oil change, if you do your own oil changes and want to clear the Service icon.

Put one on my RR today, fiddly as hell! but managed it.. and I even remembered to tape up the frame areas against scratches :-)

I had the same issue and resolved it in the same manner. The exhaust servo used by triumph seems to be faulty but nonetheless is used across several bike manufacturers. I kept running into this during hard acceleration. Eventually I had the dealer fix it and turn it back to Me only to have it happen again a few miles down the road. 😅. You’re right about the local dealers, they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m in riverside and had a bad experience with the corona dealership.

I ripped the servo box out ,then removed bolt .

Dont know it better, but i think this is mostly meant to be a noise reduction valve.
