Until recently I was able to connect to the browser and KZbin simply by touching the button on my Nordmende remote control where there was the "browser" and "KZbin" button. Now the last one always goes when I press but when I touch browser it tells me function not available contact the service provider, but which provider? If I go to where I got the remote control and the Smart the first time, I doubt they will be able to understand, they will end up changing the remote control and I can no longer have those two functions that were already inserted as buttons at the bottom of the remote control. How do I solve it myself? I was able to see that my browser version is 2 something 00 but what does that mean? So it doesn't work when I press

Yes, I tested on my NVIDIA SHIELD and it works. I had to restart device after installing as it wasn't performing well but after I rebooted all was well.

Some others have reported problems installing on NVIDIA. Try rebooting your device and make sure you are on latest update Shield Experience 9.1.1. Installed and works great on my Shield.

Yes it can. If not showing in Google Play, open Google Play Store by hitting mic button on remote and say, Open Google Play then search from there. I just installed it yesterday and still there.

Hi Ron, did you try the trick I showed in the video for opening the actual Play Store and searching that way. When I search through the Apps screen, it says it's not available but when I search through Google Play it works. See entire video as I show this.

It must be Android TV/Google TV system, not a generic China box that is running stock Android. That type of OS is for phones and tablets and this app won't be available in that version of the app store.
