I am a big fan of the jet black mica but this time decided to go for the wind chill pearl. I was sceptical about how it would look as we had ordered just by looking at the pictures. But when i saw it for first time, it was amazing. With the black cladding it looks like two tone. Love it better than the snowflake white colour. The pearl finish just pops in the sun.

so is wind chill pearl white with metal flake...and snowflake white just a flat white? I would guess the wind chill pearl adds cost.

The CX-50 looks great! Definitely digging the wind chill and machine grey colors. Although I prefer the latter. The PP trim seems to be the best bang for the value. I only wish the PP also had power folding mirrors and the dual led rear lights. The PP only gets one led rear lights that light up. I believe there's a way to make it so that both leds light up but it's diy or take it to the shop. Also debating between the engine. 187 seems like more than enough for this vehicle but the turbo is tempting though.

Nice looking SUV. The perfect in between trim. Wonderful color for a nice two tone look. I'd say remove rear badging & keep just the emblem for that totally clean look. Who's with me? 🤔😏😜

One thing that I do not like, the keyfob will not set the seat position and you can only reset the seat with a poorly placed button. I expected better from a premium car.

Did I miss something or are there no USB plugs in the front....just INSIDE the console box? I do like the fact that there is virtually no piano black gloss plastic crap all over the dash/doors/console areas! Just a sliver to the left of the shifter. And it's a regular shifter, not a turn dial or buttons to pull/push.

I test drove both. CX30 has more of a car feel while cx50 feels more like an suv. The drive is just as smooth in both. CX50 combines the best of cx5 and cx30

Like the Meridian, but the hood graphic is a turnoff. Have to mask when you detail the paint.

I live in Arizona and mine comes with heated steering wheel when I don't use my sun shade.

Jadon, any news on the Skyactiv X coming to the United States? It would make sense with these high gas prices in the USA.

My guess is Skyactiv X comes to the US very soon! In europe the all new CX-60 is going to be using Skyactiv X inline 6 as well as a Skyactiv D inline 6. (alongside a plug-in four cylinder). Expect a similar powertrain in the upcoming CX-90 and CX-70 minus the diesel, but we will be getting the turbocharged Skyactiv G inline 6 as well. Inside sources say it will be twin charged, but we will have to wait and see!

Mazda cheapest out on the interior. CX30 is nicer inside. CX-5 is luxury compared. Off Road is Mazda lame marketing for cheap interior fittings and ridiculously cheap I'll suited beam rear axle. Shame on Mazda.
