Still stuck with rear drum brake as the current 500...

With regenerative braking the rear drum brakes will last a long time. Kia Picanto is the only small car with rear disc brakes that I know of.

The ev that doesn't look like an ev. It was meant to be sub $40k when first released for the entry model. Fiat make great small cars that are fun to drive. The shorter range is a function of the lighter weight which makes the car better to drive. I would buy it for home to work and suburban driving because it can get into tight spaces other cars cannot. Knowing Fiat, it will be a great car to drive. Wish fiat sold the cabriolet version. Damn ADR 85 that stops the cabriolet being imported.

I love the 500e but this doesnt feel like its gained anything by turning EV. Its not really any faster than the original, the safety has significantly imrpoved, the utilities arguably got worse. It could have went back to being RWD but they stuck to FWD for some reason. Idk if this is it. Range went down obv but thats not a big issue being a city car, but its drive train efficiency seems low for what it is, not being too heavy or powerful and isnt really able to push more than 150-180miles. I really want fiat to invest more money into development of their cars imo.
