Interesting comparison! The fuel economy of midsize tucks have always been disappointing. Your review confirms to me that the V8 engine option for the F150 remains the best option for anyone of wants to keep its truck for a long time since the cost of repairs on a twin turbo engine will likely vastly exceed the fuel cost difference. Also fuel economy goes out the windows with turbos as soon as you start enjoying the engine torque.
