The Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV (C-segment) produced by the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai since 2004. In the brand's lineup, the Tucson is positioned below the Santa Fe, and above the Kona and Creta. It is named after the city of Tucson, Arizona. The second-generation model has been marketed as the Hyundai ix35 in several markets, including Europe, Australia and China, before reverting to Tucson for the third-generation. Named after a prime city right in the heart of Arizona in the US, Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV with a powerful engine in contrast to its size. Sleek yet rugged, Hyundai Philippines' Tucson design is a fusion of innovation and premium comfort. With its high-speed stability and highly-optimized body structure, it brings innovative engineering resulting in an aerodynamic design.

The fourth-generation Tucson was revealed on 14 September 2020. The all-new model features Hyundai's "jewel-like" grille, with geometric daytime running lights integrated in its design. Hyundai's design team, led by Sangyup Lee, its senior vice president and head of Hyundai Global Design Center, has reshaped the Tucson with bulging fenders, angled wheel wells, a level roofline and short overhangs. Prior to its release, the fourth-generation Tucson was previewed as the Vision T Concept showcased at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2019.

Nice review bro.. Been waiting for a test drive review here in Ph.. I'm planning to get the gasoline but wanted to see some reviews first. Thanks to you, I'm now more convinced to get the gas haha Btw, the gas have the +/- in the shifter right. I think that can suffice with the lack of paddle shifters, it'll be like manual shifting feels haha

Yes it has the +/- I didn't use it that much since its a 6-Speed and the gearing was a bit long though but personally I would definitely get the gas Tucson its good enough for me!

Not sure never driven the 2.8 Trailblazer only the Crossovers I've driven both Premier and LT Variants. For the Tucson Diesel, yes it's very torquey I must say as good as the new Kia Sorento SX!

Idol, opinions mo on this tucson diesel vs civic rs? Ano ms okay? Wg na nten consider ung space and ground clearance. Ano ms sulit for overall driving exp, performance, handling, reliability. Tia.

Knowing both brands Reliability won't be an issue but too early to tell for then since they're still new. Kinda hard to choose between the 2 since they are in different categories but for almost the same price I'll go for the Civic RS tbh it just drives better. The Tucson Diesel is alright too but if I we're going to buy one I'll go for the Gas Model.
