Nice to see this vehicle. Yes, absolutely Nissan needs to bring a Y62 type vehicle to NA. We always get the soft, flabby and detuned versions of some really great vehicles that the rest of the world gets to enjoy. Nuf said.

I do agree with you, but we also get some pretty awesome stuff. Diesel pickup trucks with 1000 lb ft of torque, Bronco and F150 Raptors and TRXs that can burn through the desert better than any factory production vehicle worldwide, and the Wrangler Rubicon which is probably the most capable factory rock crawler in the world as well. Sure other countries certainly get beefier vehicles in many ways than what we have here, but we have our own specialty vehicles. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Great vid. Beautiful truck. I bought a QX70 back in 2016. I love it. My biggest complaint is the screen that “sometimes” works. Works when it’s cold. Need to find a repair shop for that.

The Patrol and QX80 are very popular in the Gulf, GCC spec Patrols had 4x4 drive mode while the Armadas don’t have that. All models have 4WD as standard in the Middle East.

Would you choose the 22-23 QX80 over the LX 570?

What for? Interior space is better on the QX. Buy it used and save loads of money. It's more family friendly (easier to get in and out of, less truck like). The QX is a little more responsive, but both V8's are great. Towing they are pretty similar. Off pavement the LX 570 is much better, and will likely last longer with fewer problems.

I have tested a couple other QX80's in the past that are better comparisons to other vehicles I've tested on the channel. I've put around 100 vehicles over the same test course, but had to switch it up recently. So if you want to see more be sure to search the channel. Thanks for watching!
