I'm so confused why the women's winnings are so much less than the men's, when they're equally as talented and arguably more fun to watch. What a great group of athletes and performances from all the competitors. Congratulations to each!

It’s because there were 267 men as compared to 88 women. Also, the “men’s” class technically is an open class in that the women can compete in it for the higher prize money if they want.

20 yards = 18 meter. The target is 40 cm in diameter.

To put "40cm" into context, the gold portion, the 9 and 10 rings, would fit under your palm with room to spare. It's very small to aim at with no sight, no nothing. Barebow archers are absolutely wild.

the targets are 18meters away, about 20 yards im not sure what size the targets are for barebow but I know for compound they used the 40cm target face
