2023 Lexus ES 350 F Sport: Start Up, Exhuast, Test Drive, Walkaround, POV and Review

👋 In todays review we check out the all new 2023 Lexus ES 350 F Sport! This model has a facelift and some great options! The exterior has a nice look, the grill in the hour glass shape design works really well with the rest of the contours in the front bumper. I love how the front emblem is also the sensor, very nice how that's incorporated to keep a stylish front end! This model features a very beautiful black exterior with matching wheels! The interior has a beautiful design with the black leather and the all new infotainment system which is easy to use on the 2023 Lexus ES and there's a lot of information to go through! The driving experience is really where it's at! Incredibly comfortable with the option to change into sport or sport S and it has a nice exhaust note! So you have the best of both worlds with the Lexus ES 350, both luxury and performance, with plenty of room for passengers or storage! This would be a great daily driver for sure!

Pretty comfortable and quiet. The F Sport is just an appearance package. So it's just a normal Lexus.

In Malaysia, V6 engines have expensive taxes, so that's why Malaysia only gets the ES250 F-Sport and Ultra Luxury.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed Yes, it does. Let's just say I own a 2004 Nissan 350Z, 2007 Nissan Murano or 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe. Because of the 3.5L naturally aspirated V6 engine coded VQ35DE, the roadtax is mega expensive, that is 4,000 Malaysian Ringgit and above a year (equals to 907.44 American Dollars). It's better to buy a small straight-4 engine called the ES250 in which Lexus Malaysia offers.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed True. I just traded in my black Camry for my ES and it was a nightmare to maintain. I still say there is no better color when its clean but the downside is its never clean long enough and it shows every little imperfections in the paint.

@@ResplendentRaider I’d definitely recommend getting a paint correction and ceramic coating. My brothers new Supra is black. And it stays pretty clean with the coating. Still gets dust on the back. But it helps a ton!

@@BrosFOURRSpeed yeah my Camry could’ve definitely benefited from paint correction. You could glide your hand over and feel the grit. My ES is Moonbeam 🌙Beige Metallic so it hides dirt well lol. I just got it detailed so it got clayed and sealed. I’ve always been good with maintenance washes so twice a month it gets washed, and detailed with a ceramic spray which works really well.

There’s no such thing as a “premium” ES. Premium is a package offered, not a sub model. And triple beam headlights is not part of the premium package. It’s an option.

I ended up buying an ultra luxury vs the sport. One thing I feel the ultra luxury should have had was the full digital dash like the sport.

@@sbs-0055 The seats are different, the dash is all digital in the sport where as the other ones have a physical fuel and temp gauge and the suspension is different. Of course tire size she type of tire is also different.

I test drove an ES 350 f sport the other day. I was really disappointed, I really wanted to like it because it LOOKS really nice and has great reliability, but it drove so boring no matter what mode, and the interior had a cheap feel to it.

I agree on the drive. Even for the "F Sport" model, it's not a what I would call, true performance sedan. Even the BMW M340i is way more sporty than this Lexus. Interior feels fine to me, but if you want performance in a sedan, go BMW!

@@BrosFOURRSpeed If asked to point out a what exactly felt cheap about the interior, I couldn't. I did get that impression though, after test driving 2 audis immediately prior (which [i]might[/i] have influenced me) the ES interior definitely had a mediocre feel to it. Like I said, I was very disappointed because I really wanted to like it. The exterior style I really liked alot, but the drive and the interior made it a no-go for me, and I ended up driving home an audi.

This guy has absolutely no idea what he's doing. He's going 55mph at yet has the gear at 7. The paddle shifter is not a toy you constantly click around. You shift it into its appropriate gear at the right speeds.
