Compact, reliable, fuel efficient, luxury. Checked all the boxes for me. The european cars might be better in other areas but reliable they are not. There is a reason Toyota products have great resale value.

I had this car for 5 days as a loaner from Lexus. This rvideo is spot on. My big negatives was the engine (lack of power) and the CVT (noisy, noisy, noisy). Seats were very good. Turning radius was excellent. Would be nice if there was power steering adjustment. Car isn't for me. But I can see a mature person driving it around town or someone just out of college starting in the work force.

I like this car but only a base model makes any sense; no F Sport for me. And one should cross shop it with Toyota's own Venza, a similarly priced hybrid SUV with more back seat room. But the UX-250h is stylish, frugal on gas and likely holds resale value well.

I was seriously considering this vehicle! But I ended up with the Acura Integra instead, it was just more fun to drive for me (and suprisingly more cargo room).

For me personally no, that doesn’t work, because there are two propulsions, which means twice the potential maintenance. But for the average person I would say, it is a great steppingstone.

In a vacuum maybe. But when you dig deeper you’ll quickly realize that’s just not the case Plus there are other nice SUVs. Venza rav4 tuscon sprotage CRV etc are all nice SUVs 😂. It’s not like the UX is better than any of them. In fact it’s not

I would buy a Prius over this for its better MPGs, lower price and its also just about as stylish. But this isn't bad, though not as good a value.

It has the platform of the Corolla/ Rav4 with P711 hybrid. But has 184 BHP.
