I’m having the same issue except my truck still starts and never left me stranded. Ford pass app keeps saying it’s in deep sleep, and no dome lights same as your blue truck. I have a 2022 hybrid 14k miles. Had the issue for about 9 months now. Still love the truck and this is the only issue I have encountered but it’s a stubborn one..

I'm going to figure it out

It's seriously frustrating, especially when they tell you that you need a trickle charger and to turn off connected services.... On a brand new daily driven vehicle if you let it sit 1 day out of a 7 day week....

We had this problem repeaetdedly with the wife's 2020 Escape Hybrid Titanium....same engine and systems as the newer mavericks. 12V system would die every few months or so. She learned how to use a NOCO jump pack I guess. They replaced the battery once and a tech at the dealer did finally replace the battery with a bigger group/size battery the most recent time it was at the dealership, and it stayed good until we turned it in off lease several months ago. Haven't had any issues with my ecoboost maverick but the hassles caused her to chose a different make vehicle for her new lease.. Even when it would act up and still start the low 12v voltage would cause all kinds of faults and dash warnings and it freaked her out.

My 22 hybrid has battery issues too with FordPass shutting off, dome lights turning off and smart key off in battery saver mode. Pretty frustrating.

Same thing here, we're going to get it figured out one way or another. I'll diagnose it for them if they need me to. Regardless I'll keep the channel up to date.

Sorry to hear about this. My hybrid maverick has never had a 12v battery problem. Even if I leave it for over a month. But you guys may be using FordPass, and I declined to activate FordPass. Is that possibly the difference?? Thanks and good luck. The hybrid system should be as reliable as Toyota's, since it is largely copied from what Toyota does for its hybrids. The 12v battery should be automatically charged, if needed, from the huge , high-voltage "traction" battery, by way of a DC to DC converter. The 12V battery is so hugely backed up by the traction battery that it should never die. At least, that is what I expect and hope.

I had this issue on my 2022 hybrid . Ended up getting rid of it and getting the eco-boost engine. No issues now 🤷♂️
