I've never bought a Chevy because they have always managed to cheap out on the interior and other details but I have to say, this is a very sharp design. Finally a good sized EV.... I called our local Toronto dealer and asked about the Blazer he said it has a 18month wait already. LOL.

Blazer EV is a really sharp looking crossover with an attractive interior. The EV tech isn’t class leading but it seems really good with average range and charging speeds. The lack of a frunk is disappointing since the ones on Teslas, Mach-E, Rivian, and Lightning are so practical.

I love my 2012 chevrolet Volt. People didn't realize it's an EV with an onboard gas generator. The tech on it was fairly forward thinking for its time. The newest gen volts were more similar to a hybrid in that the ice had a way to engage power directly rather than just as a generator, but still ran completely as an EV with the motor till you discharged the battery. It allowed the EV benefits with ability to still be gas driven on long trips. Not sure why they didn't market it better because it eliminated the fears most have about running out of battery or waiting long times at a charger.

Not to mention that many houses have to upgrade their electrical system to take another 100amps of power because that's how much that home charger is gonna need. Upgrades can run up to $10,000. So you're probably looking at $100,000! That home charger is very cool though. 40mph? I'll take it. 🤭

I want this. Looks great. It's wider than the gas model making rear seats more comfortable for 3 adults. Trying to avoid a 3 row SUV. I live in the city and don't need the extra length when parking and extra weight reducing mileage but my 2015 Equinox is too tight with 2 car seats in the rear.

The pop out door handles are so annoying though, sometimes it doesn’t work and ur standing there for a minute. Freezes in cold weather etc, no thanks I’ll take traditional handles another one of those things that’s worked forever why try and reinvent it

On the contrary, I've never had issues with any GM vehicle I've owned. Currently own a Pontiac G8 gxp and Chevy bolt EUV premiere, and both have been excellent for me. Previously owned a Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium and it ended up being plagued with issues, so I sold it off.

I think older people will like the interior but younger people will hate it. The interior is why I decided not to preorder, it looks too 60s which is not my generation, I just really hate it and am disappointed they didnt offer an interior that is just black/grey, the other option looks even more gaudy than the red (it looks like silver and orange leather? silver??). The Equinox interior looks fine even though its pretty much the same styling but different colors.
