Very cool! Loved how the XE co-pilot didn’t need to give you any instruction and loved your driving! Most of the time they get people off the street and it’s a terrifying ordeal.

296 is the best supercar at the moment.

It appears you're in Performance mode (checkered flag) on the E-Manettino - left side selector on the steering wheel. This does not deliver maximum power. You have to set it to Qualify (stop watch) to get all 819 hp. This mode will drain the battery faster, giving up battery charge capability for max power. It's like a Formula 1 car when they want to pass... Try that next time!

Austin - how does the 296 compare to a 992 911 GT3? Thinking of trading my 24’ GT3 for a purchase of a 25’ 286 Ferrari GTS -

Apples and oranges. Having spent time in both, the 296 is the most amazing car I’ve driven. Feels like a hyper car. But downsides include electrical gremlins, having to flatbed the 296 to Ferrari if your battery dies, taking all sorts of special precautions to make sure the car doesn’t die, $400k price tag…. The 992 GT3 is the best drivers car of our time. Great handling, winding out that engine on the top end, easy to own… gt3 for sure if you do any track days.

@@moorejs5 Tbh, that’s not exactly true. “Electrical gremlins “ are barely existent, battery is getting charged when you drive and the battery used to ignite the car is not the same that is used for hybrid drivetrain. There are 2 batteries and you can jumpstart the car no problem
