I actually think the interior of the US and Canadian models are more practical. More real buttons is better, and the gauge cluster is further back, enabling a wider array of seating positions. Cars made in China are built to appeal to Chinese values, of which are simplicity and "luxury". Because the auto market advertised the cheaper capacitive touch sensor buttons as "luxurious", they are required to compete in the Chinese market. Of course, anyone who drives often would know touch sensors aren't practical. I mean, just look at all the edgy quirks this version of the Accord has. The chime when the car starts is over the top and obviously just to make it seem cooler to the Chinese. The American version is made rugged and practical for our very work focused society. The Chinese version is a showpiece. The only thing to take away from it is the plug in hybrid tech, which I feel is coming to the US anyways. The systems are already in place on the current US models.

Fact, Ron Boushards Honda In Lancaster Mass. Installed a used an rebuilt half-shaft in my 05 Element and implied that it was a new Honda OEM Part. Never made it right.... later acknowledging their mistake. Then they offered to pay for the install costs, but NOT the part. Think about that. Any company that had any honor would have offered to install the OEM part for free, refunded me and apologised. That never happened. Run from them. Also..... have you heard the rumor that dealers use bulk oil. Not OEM. Technically voiding your warranty.

Be aware: Honda Accord Hybrids do not come with a spare tire. You do get a tire repair kit and an air pump. Just visualize yourself trying to repair a flat tire in the middle of the night in the rain rain on a car that doesn't have a jack or tire iron. If it wasn't so dangerous It would be comical. Since I have been making these comments Honda has come up with a spare tire kit you can buy for $500 that gives you the missing content.
