You are lucky to have those trails so close to home, enjoy your videos of the trips. The fact you are keeping it for yourself and got a second one for your daughter says a lot. I also have a 23 model. As I only have one bike I have done some of the power mods, it’s a great do everything bike!

Nice update. Love mine... so easy to live with. I've spent probably more than I should have on items but can't complain with how versatile it is now.

Thank you! Hard not to spend money on this bike because you see where it can be improved and since it is so versatile I usually just go for it! 😀 I can tell you understand!

I just recently purchased a 2023 Honda 300 rally. I'm now adding accessories to the bike to help it perform better for the type of riding I like to do. One thing I'm researching is tires! I live here in Oregon in the mid Willamette Valley. I ride about 50% on the road and 50% off-road. I've been looking at many different tire combinations. I have Motoz Tractionators adventure rear tires on 690 r, and T7, and I'm very happy with their performance. Front tires are another issue. I have yet to find a front tire that performs well on and off-road. I'm curious how the tires you are running on your 300l (pirelli Mt 21s) front and rear preform on and off-road? I'm also considering a Dunlop 606 rear with the M21 front or the Tusk waypoint front and rear, also the Motoz Tractionator adventure rear with an M21 front tire. I'm looking into a Mitas enduro trail-xt front tire. Have you had any experience with any of these tire combinations?

Great question on tires! I have used a lot of different tire combinations including the ones you have listed. I am being careful with tire choices so as to not get too heavy on rear. The Perilli front does surprisingly well on and off road although you can feel the knobs just before a stop. The Tusk DSports are a good choice front and rear as well. The dunlop D606 on rears is long lasting. I am considering running Dsports after this set is trashed or rear dsport and front goldentye for fun. All the other tires you mentioned are good tires too, way to make the choice difficult! 😉

Thanks for noticing! I am still getting interference on group rides, but I have the culprit identified and we are working on getting his intercom swapped out. 😀
