So refreshing to hear that you'd get one yourself. I have several Hyundais in the family and they are all great value for the money. No issues as long as you stay up to date with maintenance. Most other reviewers would say 'yeah it's cool, but the Camry!' Here in Canada people get on waiting lists for Toyotas and wait up to 2 years for a car because they blindly believe these folks. They purchase them above MSRP with bs like 'paint protection' and 'theft insurance' because the dealer says take it or the next person in line will. I'll be looking at a Sonata for my next car. Love your channel, you have a beautiful little family. God bless!

Currently leasing a ‘23 Sonata NLine & so pleased with it that I’m looking forward to leasing a ‘25 next year in lieu of the G80 Sport I highly considered. Coming from Infiniti and Lexus, although it’s missing a few luxurious amenities to which I’m accustomed, I’m pleased with the overall package for the money - definitely a solid vehicle ………… and a true sleeper, too.

This channel needs 1M subscribers already. Bro is absolutely owning automotive content and is just super informed and FAIR. Which is becoming a rarity nowadays. Seems like so many of these 1M+ car channels all have a heavy bias for specific brands. There's a handful of exemplary car channels that are still sub 500,000 followers and it boggles my mind. KZbin subscribers are like fat dudes that keep buying tight shirts. They see shredded models wearing them so they purchase the dream, not the reality. Ninety nine percent of subscribers tune into million dollar cars sprinting to 60, doing donuts, and racing around a track without realizing they don't live that lifestyle. Or they follow channels that don't upset the status quo -- Hyundai sucks ("it's still just a hyundai), Toyota is the best, Mercedes is King, etc. I guess telling the truth is not the most popular job in the world. If you want to keep selling t shirts to fat dudes. BTW guys I'm not fat shaming, just a silly example.

I really like the design, outside and in, except for the dual-clutch transmission; most companies have returned to the conventional automatic transmission, which I, too, would prefer (as an owner). This N-Line looks like fun, but since the Toyota Camry for '25 in now all-hybrid, the only direct comparison would be with the Sonata Hybrid.

So I’ve heard this in other videos about having to keep your hand on the wheel using highway driving assist but I was driving a 2023 Kona and Highway driving assist let me keep my hand off the wheel for about 45 minutes on the freeway, it worked better than any car I’ve ever driven including a Tesla and BMW with driver, assistance, professional, just on the straightaway. just got the 2024 nline sonata trim a few days ago. definitely like the styling, etc. but here are several initial criticisms. 1. WHY oh WHY did hyundai flip the buttons on the steering wheel to make the radio and volume on the right and cruise on control on the left. super uncomfortable. it's always been volume and radio on the left side, why change it. stupid in my opinion. 2. why no spare tire. there's literally an actual empty hole in the trunk for it. i don't feel safe driving around with that tire inflation kit. 3. no rear air vent on the center console in the nline 2024 but apparently will be added on the 2025 meanwhile international versions of the 2024 nline have this feature included, as well some other features which i can't recall at the moment. 4. the drive mode. (there's only normal, sport, and my drive), why is there no eco or smart mode like in all the previous years' versions of the sonata. 5. very odd that you have to move the wiper lever downward for the individual single wipe. in the 20+ years of driving about 10 different cars, this is the first time i've encountered that. why would they change that. it has ALWAYS ALWAYS been to move the lever up for the single wipe. very weird. i think that's about it for now. as i keep driving, i'm sure ill notice more things.

I do wish AWD was offered on the N Line trim and that the seats were ventilated, but can't have it all I guess. Btw correction from 9:35 the HDA isn't "optional", it's a standard feature on the N Line trim (which btw works amazingly).

We need a section where you pull on the various interior panels, to simulate 5 years down the road when things loosen up. I did this on a Elentra, and it sounded worse than all those Mercedes from 10 years back, "squeak squall squeak squeal creak"!

Not a good test of durability. Plastic is not as elastic as rubber. Only natural wear and tear will reveal this. I feel sorry for the person that buys your demo.
@BoopSnoot3 ай бұрын
@@paultruesdale7680 I'm not talking abuse, check out a Elantra, there is a grab handle to the left of the passenger seat, just move it lightly left and right it flexes a ton and squeaks loudly. Push on various panels with your index finger, lots of squeaking. Mercedes had this problem years ago too, has to do with the type of plastic they used and no felt in between where they joined so they became SUPER noisy after a while. Everyone on the forums is talking about it, they have links where you can buy self adhesive little thin felt and you have to put it in various spots to fix that. Other people said a can of quick drying silicone spray with a pry tool anywhere it squeaks also helps, but its BAD!
