I strength train many amazing cyclists and help answer, fix, and optimize things OFF the bike. Only training one context (cycling) is limited training. I loved that concise snippet of how important that was. Keep up the good work and we’ll see y’all at the Rattler! Zoom zoom!

You sorta lost it at the end when you say in 2025 “what we invasion is to just keep getting bigger and better” then in same breath say “ we made the series one event shorter and have a smaller more limited field “
