We've owned our 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label Hybrid since March of 2024. When we ordered, back in August 2023, there was very little information from Lincoln and the automotive press. But on paper, the 2024 Nautilus Hybrid surpassed the '23/'24 Lexus RX 350h in so many metrics. Such as horsepower and torque, rear seat leg room, cargo room and was feature rich with tech such as hands free driving that the Lexus, nor any other midsize luxury SUV, offered. We took a real leap of faith and ordered the 2024 Nautilus with the hopes it would knock our socks off when it arrived. It doesn't disappoint! The ride, the power, the fuel economy, the spaciousness, the luxury materials, superb fit and finish! We have nearly 7,000 miles on our 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label Hybrid and truly couldn't be happier!

@yejoonyang95524 ай бұрын
A few things to address for the comments critical of this car. If yall are worried about the reliability on one of these, the car is not meant for you.. These are meant to be leased new for about 2 or 3 years before things start to break and then move onto another new car lease. We have one in our garage and from driving experience, the screens arent distracting at all because theyre put very far back on the dashboard, if anything its been a little easier to drive with it so much further back than conventional cars. Id also reccomend going for the hybrid drivetrain option across any of the trims, the regular gas engine model's power just doesnt cut it. If youre worried about the transmission on the hybrid model being a cvt, dont panick its not a cvt 😅, its an eCVT which runs on gears and electric motors which is a comepltely different setuo from the regular belt driven CVT that has a bad rep... As for pricing, people keep assuming the model starts at 80k, it actually starts at the mid 50s and only the top end black label trims start at the 75k price range, part of why that trim is so much higher priced has to do with the top level grade of leather that it uses over the standard or faux on lower trims and also the complimentary services the dealership will do for you simply because you own a black label. As for it being built in China, ive been in other Lincolns built in the US and this one beats all the US made ones in build quality, and its not even close. Actually, having been in many Ford Motor Comany vehicles, ive never seen one with as little squeaks and rattles as this Nautilus. Everything is very solid.

First off, great review as always. But I have to ask, who is this car for? $80,000+ for 250 HP and riding on the same C2 platform as the Escape/Bronco Sport/Maverick? When you get into 80K territory, there are a lot of options out there... I couldn't imagine spending that much money on a gussied up Escape. I recently had a 2024 BMW X5 E50 as a rental (put over 1,300 miles on it). With the options it had, it was around $85,000. For the extra money, you get BMW's fantastic B58 engine pumping out 483hp and 516 lb torque. You also get a battery pack that's capable of up to 40 miles of range. The week I drove it, I averaged 27 mpg (once the battery was depleted). When you could buy a nicely equipped BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Genesis, Porsche, Lexus, etc... for around the same money, you'd have to REALLY LOVE Lincoln to make that purchasing decision. To each their own!

I mention it at 1:27. It's one of the better systems in my opinion. The soundstage of the 3D positioning isn't overdone or gimmicky. Hi end is crisp without being shrill. Frankly, the Nautilus, from its exterior to interior, clearly reflects Chinese automotive design. China is a step ahead in electric vehicles. You might be skeptical, but if you visit China, observe the cars on the streets, and hop in a few rideshares, you’ll see that Chinese cars feel like the next generation of industrial products-just like this Lincoln, which is made in China. If Lincoln didn’t adapt, it would struggle in the Chinese auto market. Thanks for it’s an American, this "made in China" model can be sold in the U.S. If Chinese cars ever enter the U.S. market without tariff protection, it could transform the entire industry. Again, you don’t have to agree with me, but after visiting China, you might change your mind.

The exterior is a bit (yawn) boring. I like the look of the interior and the placement of the large screen. The power train, on the other hand, is seriously under-powered, in any trim. Given the price point, it's just not good enough. Looks like yet another example of Ford/Lincoln trying to put a luxury car shell on an economy car chassis and still get away with asking ridiculous prices. And when you consider the "subscription" they require to operate components already purchased on this car...hard pass. They can keep it, along with everything else made by that brand. I've never been brand loyal one way or another, but I REFUSE to contribute to or by way of purchase enable this idiotic trend of car companies charging people subscriptions to operate things that already come on the car as part of the purchase price. The only thing these troglodytes appear to understand is money, so I'll keep mine well away from them. Hopefully, others will do the same.
