Can someone explain the complete lack of team tactics on the bike? They're essentially racing a crit but they're not helping each other, attacking the group and they're chasing teammates. Never chase your teammates!

whats the point of having a team competition and then NOT showing the team points table. Mekes it difficult for fans to get invested

I may be wrong here and I’m a huge Wilde fan, but he seemed to still have 2 shoes on when he was passed. It wasn’t until after he’d gone into 3rd place when he seemed to lose a shoe, so I’m not too sure whether it was losing the shoe that cost him the win

yeah, he had the shoe on even coming out of the short chute. It came off somewhere between the end of the sort chute and the final straightaway. Hard to know what might have been for his sprint, though, if he'd had both shoes.

Helmet needs to be closed before taking the bike, but you can always adjust the position :)

Does anyone care about the short chute or teams? It's an individual sport so stop trying to market it as anything else. Nobody cares what the so called managers have to say or their tactics
