3 months and 3100 miles on my 24 Taco TRD and no complaints, it's one of the best vehicles I've owned out of 50 plus. Hard to imagine a truck be nimble and fun to drive, with all the creature comfort's plus utility of a 4x4 truck. They did good.

I got an incredible lease deal on a ‘ 24 Taco SR5 4dr 6’ft bed. Replaced a ‘20 Taco. No complaints. Turbo is strong, exhaust is tuned to sound nice. Steering & Interior is much better. 4 wheel disc brakes & upgraded suspension. Great truck.

I have a 2024 SR 4 x 4 and I'm getting over 24 miles per gallon average. Most of my driving is residential roads with roundabouts, stop signs, and stop lights. I am a pretty mellow driver though.

It is nice to know I'm not the only person who thinks the Exhaust leaves a lot to be desired. Got a '24 TRD Offroad and the FIRST thing I did to it was put the NYTOP axel dump exhaust on it. It looks SO much better, and it's much more practical especially if you take it off road.

The plastic bumpers end pieces are not good. Also, if you do back into anything and the impact in on the plastic ends the bed will crumple easily. Not sure if this is for safety (crumple zone) or flimsy build. I suggest getting a full steel rear bumper from ARB or similar.

Will say, waitlist for TH and TRD Pro must depend on location, the southeast region seems to have more of them in stock, and even some dealers I know seem to have trouble getting them off the lot. IMO so glad I got the nonhybrid TRD Off Road
@TheUserReviewАй бұрын
I think so too. Even if I had the option at the start to get a Pro off the lot I wouldn’t have done it. I prefer to do the upgrades myself but it is nice to see all those things comes ready right from the factory 👍

I highly recommend going to shop and having the truck fluid-filmed every year. Rustoleum is a horrible idea since it just traps in moisture and rusts your truck tenfold faster. Toyota did do a lot more to this truck to prevent rust than say ford (who left uncovered holes in the frame) but fluid film is like $200 a year

If you put 285/70r17 on stock wheels, it won't rub . It's your off set that making it rub. You probably got 0 off set on your truck. If you go + 25 and up it won't rub .It come in +55 off set.

@TheUserReviewАй бұрын
They only rubbed for me at the sharpest turning angles and it can also depend on the tread pattern/sidewall pattern. Mine was just the outside nubs running slightly. Not enough to be a problem but more of an annoyance.

Do you have a link for your aftermarket fender flares?
@paulpryor850Ай бұрын
I opted for the Limited! Unfortunately, I regret that decision now. With the AVS, you're limited to only leveling the truck. Also, with being an owner of this platform in a rust belt state. Because my passenger rear fender flare is all chipped up. From the state and local municipalities, oil and chipping roads. All of the excess chips lay on the right side of the road. Plus, the limited comes with worthless SST tires and poor excuses for mud flaps. Which contributed to the problem! So, now I must fix those issues out of pocket. New tires, better mud flaps, and probably going to have to wrap certain areas that Toyota neglected. Like the painted plastic front-end, the fender flares, and the rear bumper. After watching this video, I may have to look into undercoating the truck. This stuff is starting to add up. I'm not just knocking Toyota, but if all of these automakers continue to skimp on details. Then, price gouge consumers on bad builds or inferior materials. Give them three shots to fix it. Or start lemon lawing these vehicles. I took my truck into Toyota on Friday. The service and sales managers took pictures to send to Toyota. Before leaving, I made them give me a work slip for this issue. Strike one! Two more, and the vehicle is eligible for the Lemon Law. If these manufacturers want premium prices. We deserve a premium product!!!!!
@TheUserReviewАй бұрын
I thought about the limited because one of my best friends has a Tundra limited and I liked it a lot. Yes I too agree that for the price, they could have done a little extra for us, at least a factory undercoating 🤷♂️
