GR Sport just means sportier design. It's like M Sport vs M, or AMG Line v AMG, etc. Peugeot had the testicles to put GT on their 308 Wagon. It has a tiny 3 cylinder turbo engine that doesn't even make 200hp. Nonetheless, Toyota should've at least tuned the driving feel.

Drove and ordered one Friday. For a small 2nd car run around perfect. People i know getting 4l per 100 from one. Ideal second car for a couple ❤ looked at Corolla Cross as well, for what we wanted and value for money this was ideal and drove well at posted speed limits 😊

Noticed it’s 26deg outside. Any chance at some stage of a hot day versus cooler day performance run in same car type thing. I have a large hill/passing lane not far from home and I know the ducato motorhome speed at the top and the difference is often about 10kph down on a 25+ day compared to under 20deg

Rented one of these recently. Not a completely terrible car but extremely high levels of road noise, uncomfortable seats, and pretty high levels of NVH from that engine. Certainly wouldn’t buy one

I think future gr sport models will start getting more power as well as cosmetic. The new CH-R gr sport is a good example. This came out before the Hilux gr-s and the chr gr-s I'm pretty sure

Good jeebus, the road noise is high as!!!. Jiggly ride at speed? No thanks I guess?? Only the fuel economy seems to be the saving grace.

Which is bad enough in this car only has a 3-cylinder engine so the vibration is quite felt for a hybrid engine Yaris Cross in other countries with the code ac200 has a 4-cylinder engine for the hybrid version but the combination is only 5 hp smaller than this

I saw GR Sport and though oooh, the GR badge on other Toyotas means spritely performance. But it's a bloody soggy sandwich. This is never okay and we see you Toyota. Dont think we dont see your false advertising 😂

@@lamborghini0610 didn't buy a GR. Ordered GXL i reckon that or GX now they are upgraded is sweet spot.
